The Billionaire's Bargain

The Billionaire's Bargain

I turned to stare at him again, but he just looked at me with an unnerving calm. As we got out of the car, my eyes were drawn to the magnificent fountain gracing the front of the main building. It was breathtaking. “Welcome to the Combs mansion. Please, come in,” he said, reaching for my hand. I followed him inside, his assistant having vanished without a trace. It was just the two of us. I gazed around the entrance hall, utterly wowed the moment I stepped into the living room. “I’ll show you to our room,” he said, leading me to the master bedroom. I knew James’ mansion was beautiful, but the Combs mansion was the very definition of opulence. The European style was undeniable, though there w

The Billionaire’s Bargain

Nothing as complicated as marriage yet, I just wanted to introduce her to my world. One day, she stormed into my suite with anger and betrayal clearly etched on her face. She was holding a magazine that had both our faces on it. It read, "Billionaire heir of the Martinez empire seen with Polish local. Looks like even Polish girls aren't immune to the beautiful art of gold-digging."

The Billionaire's Bargain

The Billionaire's Bargain

--- Emma’s Frustration Watching the press conference, Emma’s confidence cracked. “This wasn’t supposed to happen,” she muttered, pacing her apartment. Mark called, his tone accusatory. “You said this plan was foolproof. Now they’ve turned it back on us.” Emma’s eyes blazed. “It’s not over. We’ve shaken their foundation. We just need to hit them harder.” Mark sighed. “Be careful, Emma. You’re pushing too far.” But Emma was past the point of caution. Her hatred for Sophia burned too brightly, driving her toward even more reckless actions.

Domica: Dominatrix Nights

Domica: Dominatrix Nights

The tea set was edged in gold. Her grandmother, Aurelia Devereux, wore a peignoir and red lipstick at noon and referred to herself only as “Madam.” Madam had once run the most exclusive pleasure salon in Europe—discreet, decadent, and whispered about in embassies and royal families alike. “Tell me, my little diamond,” she purred, brushing Dominique’s hair with an ivory comb. “Do you know the difference between obedience and surrender?” “One is forced,” Dominique said. “The other is given.”

Mr. Pamperer and His Wily Woman

"Hello madam, I'm Jean. I am told that you came to me, what's the matter?" Sarah raised her head to look at Jean up and down carefully and finally said, "No wonder!"

Upon Your Return

Upon Your Return

Something about the exchange was very odd. *** The following evening, Fara sat reading from Madame Bovary when Rosalie knocked on her door. She lifted her head. “What is it?” “Mademoiselle, a messenger brought this for you.” The woman entered the room and approached her mistress. “It is from Monsieur Le Croíx.” “Merci, Rosalie.” She retrieved the letter from her nursemaid and opened it once she had left the room. Inside was a scrawling script which she had to squint to read.

Persuasion

Persuasion

Sir Walter Elliot, of Kellynch Hall, in Somersetshire, was a man who, for his own amusement, never took up any book but the Baronetage; there he found occupation for an idle hour, and consolation in a distressed one; there his faculties were roused into admiration and respect, by contemplating the limited remnant of the earliest patents; there any unwelcome sensations, arising from domestic affairs changed naturally into pity and contempt as he turned over the almost endless creations of the last century; and there, if every other leaf were powerless, he could read his own history with an interest which never failed. This was the page at which the favourite volume always opened:

The Awakening

The Awakening

The younger wolves ran errands under the strict commands of their elders, while the older ones gave instructions in clipped tones, voices carrying over the crackling fires already being prepared for the feast. I could smell roasted venison and herbs in the air even though it wasn’t evening yet. My stomach clenched at the scent, but it wasn’t hunger that bothered me—it was nerves. “Don’t wander too far,” my mother’s voice cut through my thoughts as she brushed past me, her long dress flowing like water against the grass. Her hair was pinned back, regal as always, her expression tight with purpose. “There’s too much going on, and you’re expected to stay where we can see you.”

THE MOB BOSS'S PREGNANT MISTRESS

THE MOB BOSS'S PREGNANT MISTRESS

“I can be romantic too…” Like hell he could be, she thought bitterly, painfully. What was so romantic about being rewarded for giving him a good time in bed? Neanderthal man had bombed out at supersonic speed. She dug the card into her pocket and extended the box for appraisal. “Oooh!” Claudine, the cook, gasped ecstatically. “Magnificent,” Henry breathed, impressed to death. “Want to try it on?” Sarah offered Claudine carelessly. “No, madam,” Claudine said in shock. “But allow me to assist you…”

I Never Regretted Leaving You

I Never Regretted Leaving You

The nanny muttered in silence, "Does the madam care about these pastries? What the madam cares about is your preference for Victoria..." Madam Moore lamented, "I was just a pitiful creature living under someone else's roof. Say whatever you want." A dead pig doesn't fear being scalded by boiling water. The nanny became angry and said, "You." Thea raised her hand to stop the nanny and said, "Why bother arguing with her? She is just an unreasonable old lady." Madam Moore's face did not look good in anger. The driver drove over and Thea got into the car without looking back.

i think the author needs to focus on finishing books rather than leaving lots of unfinished ones that leave your readers hanging and we do not want that. you would gain more followers and readers if you can concentrate on one story at a time and finish each book. more ongoing than completed books
SillyRabbit
This is one heck of a story. It has romance, betrayal, revenge, time travel, robots and tons of dramatic twists and turns. There are some translation mistakes here and there but overall, it’s well written.
