Henry, always the perceptive friend, noticed the confusion on my face and asked, "What's going on Lyra?" I took a deep breath, trying to gather my thoughts. "I've made up my mind. Sage can never know about the baby," I said firmly, my voice filled with finality. And I was glad that he didn't try to stop me from taking such risk but he had promised to cast a spell on both me and my baby one that the Mickleson's would never be able to reach out to either me or the baby. "You need to get some rest we still have a long journey ahead of us," he says.

She fastened her gaze on Dominic as the wizard got ready to cast the spell. “Drakmarata numidus,” he called out. He didn’t really need to voice the spell out loud—his centuries of mastering the waziri magic had long ago rendered that unnecessary for most spells—but he did it for Leesa. At the same time as he uttered the magic words, he waved his right hand slowly across his body in front of him. Behind his hand appeared a tall swath of darkness so black Leesa could see nothing inside of it. Dominic had effectively disappeared in the blackness.

Her arrows had become a manifestation of her empathy and determination. Kael: The sorcerer, who had harnessed chaotic energy, felt a fusion of elemental and arcane magic within him. He could now weave spells that combined the elements with his arcane prowess, creating devastating effects that defied conventional magical boundaries.

She must have shown him all the books and the Mage Study. Without warning, Zachary yanked the purple K from around my neck and tossed it on the desk at Conor. My necklace! “We have been researching the Mages on this planet as the information Lewis was able to provide was far too vague compared to what we have been learning recently with Lady Monica’s gracious assistance. What an incredible number of talents that Mages can acquire! Hundreds of spells to do anything and it goes beyond the reach of attacking and defending!” He exclaimed walking around and standing behind me. “Sword magic, Healing magic, Elemental magic… Just to name a few. You can manipulate the entirety of nature to your will.

The days passed and they seemed to be at peace, the mansion was a safe haven, but Maciel knew that Epistolo was planning something and he wasn't wrong. Epistolo was in the same forest where Marco and the others were going, gathered with just two other wizards, on the ground there was a drawing of a triangle on the ground with a tiny distance, that they could stand towards the tip and hold hands, they muttered a magic keeping their heads down, while in the center of the triangle a bowl with blood from the hands of the three wizards began to bubble and from inside slowly emerged a round black crystal that floated and stood still in the air.

In the dimly lit room, the soft glow of a single candle illuminated Zyra's face. She sat cross-legged on the floor, her eyes closed in concentration. Opposite her, Marcus watched intently, his expression a mix of concern and admiration. The air around them hummed with a faint energy as Zyra began to channel her magic.

Caspian said with mocking delight before leaving the office. Behind the door, a deafening groan of pain could be heard. "Fuck you, Javier!" Javier rolled his eyes. "Eww." ... Mona fixed her attention on her brilliant, golden fingertips. Her black eyes continued to sparkle with the same golden hue. Her powers were growing stronger as she battled the dark magic inside of her. Ever since she met Nessa, she had been practicing dark magic, but it took her some time to become proficient because her body wouldn't tolerate it.

I keep doing that and get bored. "Sorcerer skills (jobs similar to mage) usually have shields, elemental magic, healing and time stops. Hmm, try them all!" I was so excited that not giving up on me and fainting a few times paid off. Maybe if I couldn't see through this status and healing magic, I would have given up already. "Barrier! Ohh you can use other magic like this. Fire ball!" I create a barrier and a fireball which I detonate in it. There was no sound of explosion let alone leaking of fire out.

Magus spun his head to look back at me and I saw his eyes were glowing, like fireflies in a forest. But green. Magus stepped past us and was scanning the wall along the castle in such a way, that I could tell he could see in the dark as clearly as if it were daylight right now. I’ve never seen a mage do that.

In the amphitheater Zark was preparing to cast a spell on a scarecrow in a corner. In his arsenal of spells, he possessed all the spells on the Wizard, Sorcerer, and Cleric list; having at his disposal all the schools of magic (Abjuration, Divination, Conjuration, Enchantment, Evocation, Illusion, Necromancy and Transmutation), with such magical ability it would be easy to be overwhelmed by the quantity. As if that weren't enough, even when Zark used a simple low-level magic damage spell, since his class was a full caster, his spell's damage was automatically increased due to other effects that added extra damage. As a result, a simple damage spell did vastly more damage than normal.
