All of the shops were open with green lines painted in front of their doors. One shop in-particularly caught my eye, it was a small apothecary and the sign in the window said ‘Deformity cures sold here’. I approached the small shack crossing the green line painted on the floor to find 1,000s of small vials filling the shelves and a decrepit old woman behind the counter. She wore a dress that resembled a potato sack and her hair was a messy grey. I approached her speaking “I’m sorry for intruding ma’am, but what’s a deformity cure? How does it work?” “If you aren’t a witch dabbling in corrupted magic then it doesn’t apply to you.” She bluntly spoke not even looking up at me.

Willows shop was located in a strip of small businesses, between a pole-dance studio and a little café selling vegan foods, and her storefront combined soy-candles, incense, oils, with little pots of all-natural skin care and household products, as well as the more commercial aspects of witch-craft such as crystals, the silver and black leather jewellery favored by the goth scene, and little pouches and jars that purportedly contained love, wealth and good fortune spells. I was calling the pack house home now, I guessed. “Before we head back, do you think that we’d be able to stop in bloodmoon?” I asked, spotting a witch’s shop that had poisons and potions in the window. “If you’re fighting my father, I need to stock up on supplies to help you guys out.” They glanced at each other, and then Asher clenched his jaw and nodded. “Be quick.” Not having to be told twice, I hurried across the street and toward Witch’s Brew, which looked to be a magic shop with golden-accented windows. I glanced into the door window, then walked into the black-mystical atmosphere.

Now here he was a full grown man of probably twenty five now trying to get me in better shape than I was when I was his age. Marius returned, his facial expression had changed… it was tighter and even more focused than he had been. He nodded once at Damon. “We’ve got a possible lead. There’s a low profile blacksmith in Amber Brook reportedly sold a batch of trinkets to a rogue five days ago. The same style. No permits.” Damon’s gaze sharpened. “Trinkets? They’ve never used trinkets before, do you still think it’s a part of the ring?”

My vision blurred into a hazy mess, and my head felt like it was about to physically explode from the pressure. The sudden, splitting headache offered absolutely no relief, acting as a relentless torment that pushed me closer and closer to the very edge of breaking. Against my will, my hand reached out, unlocked the latch using the curse’s dark magic, and forced me to step inside. The shop’s interior was a gorgeous, breathtaking flirt towards classic Ottoman craftsmanship. The dark wooden floors normally gleamed beneath the weight of intricate burgundy rugs, and ornate walnut cabinets perfectly framed the glass showcases filled with priceless historical treasures.

I worked my way through the square stall by stall. The thread was easy. The combs took longer because the man who made them had three different sets and I couldn't decide between the dark wood and the pale, and in the end I bought both because the dark wood would suit Liora and the pale would suit Celeste and they had earned a small gift from me. The wax I found at the third stand I tried. The silver bowls I had to send a warrior to fetch from the silversmith two streets over, because the silversmith had moved his shop since I had last been here and the new boy at the front stall didn't have the moon water set on display.

We made our way out and turned a corner. Big John's shop was right opposite hers, closer to a lake. As soon as we entered, we were blinded by colorful lights and an overwhelming scent of burning incense mixed with metal polish. Big John's shop was the complete opposite of the previous one, bright and chaotic and filled with the clatter of hanging wind chimes and metallic charms. Weapons of all shapes and sizes lined the brightly colored walls. Some are etched with strange runes that seem to glow faintly. Even the shelves that house some of the herbs and books made me start to think the shop was designed by a toddler. The flamboyance took me off guard.

Some sells magic potion, magic enhancement crafts and foods. I saw a stall that sells jewelries, I think all of it was fake. I went near the stall and run my gaze to all the products displayed. A royal blue diamond was separated from all the products. It was inside a glass case and it was lying on a soft looking cloth inside the small glass case.

Her face showed that she was thinking hard about this matter but, “I can’t figure out what.” “Hm? Did you say something Rose?” Matthew turned around and asked. “Ah, no, it’s nothing. I was just talking to myself.” “What are you, a kid who’s got imaginary friends?” Matthew said mockingly. A vein popped on Rose’s forehead. “Who’re you calling that?” “Ahaha… I was just joking, okay? Don’t be mad…” Matthew immediately cowarded before Rose. Cecilia could only chuckle at them. ….. Around the same time at Yuki’s location. A shop that sold magic items such as weapons, catalysts, cloaks, robes, books, potions and scroll could be found at a corner of a block of shops.
