It all started 700 years ago before the werewolves showed up. ~700 years ago, Mystic-Meadow~ “Thank you; come back again.” A man said with a bright smile as a customer left his workshop. He sold knives, axes, and other metallic tools used by the people of Mystic Meadow. He had a silky cloth tied around his head and a black beard around his chin. His eyes were bright brown, and he was a little muscular; his name was Vincent. He moved back into his workshop, which was a little bit dark. The only light that brightened up the place was the light of the flames he worked with, and the sound of hammering could be heard from inside.

“I didn’t fuck up.” He nodded, but his eyes stayed on mine too long. Like he was waiting for something. Like he knew. I turned to go. —— On the way back, I passed a shop. Small. Old. One of those places tucked between a bakery and a locksmith like it didn’t want to be found. I walked past it. Then stopped. Turned around. In the window were ceramic mugs. Hand-painted. All stupid as hell. Cats with sunglasses. A naked cartoon man with the handle for a dick. One just said #1 Drama Queen in pink cursive.

Across from him, the Seer sat cross-legged on a woven mat, his piercing gaze fixed on Sage like a predator sizing up its prey. "You’re reckless, boy," the Seer muttered, his eyes narrowed, shining with a fierce light. His rough fingers touched the edge of a small wooden bowl. Thirty puppets appears in the shop . Su Ling ask them to make a woods door and break the wall that can fit a door to link the two shops . After the wall breaks , Su Ling enters the empty shop . She takes out ten tables with microscope , equipments to make the jewelry , drawing blocks , scratch book , pencils ,rubbers and rulers and put them on every tables. She then went to the shop storeroom and put four machine for cutting diamonds and gold bars .

Satisfied that the most recent smell of werewolf was at least a few days old, I went back to the front to see what other stores were here. Besides the small sketchy grocery, these was a pawnbroker and a small spa. I decided that the pawnbroker was as good as any place to find a weapon or two, hoping that they at least had some silver jewelry or some such. The door made a pleasant beep as I entered, the neon lights and junk strewn about just shouted desperate situations and last resorts. “Ello! How can I help ya?” An older man with bushy grey eyebrows and a kind smile called from the back display case. “Buying’ or sellin’?”

We open the door and I am instantly overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes. The further we make our way into the shop the stronger the smell gets until we discover the source. A man with slicked-back blonde hair and an unruly mustache leans over the counter and just stares at us with a cigar hanging from his mouth. “Can I help you little pretties with somethin’?” He asks and Sammi grabs my hand and squeezes it hard.

Aurora’s POV “I’m sorry. Any moonstone ring we had, we’ve sold long ago. Moonstone items are the fastest selling pieces,” the man at the pawn shop says with a slight frown. Glancing down at the text my mom sent after I left the hospital, I show it to the man.

We made our way out and turned a corner. Big John's shop was right opposite hers, closer to a lake. As soon as we entered, we were blinded by colorful lights and an overwhelming scent of burning incense mixed with metal polish. Big John's shop was the complete opposite of the previous one, bright and chaotic and filled with the clatter of hanging wind chimes and metallic charms. Weapons of all shapes and sizes lined the brightly colored walls. Some are etched with strange runes that seem to glow faintly. Even the shelves that house some of the herbs and books made me start to think the shop was designed by a toddler. The flamboyance took me off guard.
