Caught by the Alphas

Caught by the Alphas

They need to understand how important it is to be open and truthful with me. Since we all stay silent, Lenox carries on with his rant. “Anyway, she was more than willing to give her heart to me without any struggle, but she told me it wouldn’t help. Then, she brought me to a place she called the playground, filled with shadowy figures. Faceless figures. The witch told me those are the shadows that feed the trees. In short, there is a legit reason why not everyone who enters the woods exits them. Those trees are a part of some grand plan, and according to this witch, they were waiting on me, but since Miss As decided to reside inside me, I’m no help. Our baby, however, can save them and stop

This is not your usual shifter book, but I will say it is worth the read. It'll make you feel, make you laugh out loud, cry, love. Reverse harem book, that brings the heat. Really enjoyed this book!!!

I love this book! It’s definitely one of my favorites. I’ve noticed that the only negative ratings were some comments about the ending but the storyline is continued in the next book, Claimed by the Alphas, so I wouldn’t let that deter you. Great job author!

"Don't beat yourself up too hard. You were just a kid yourself. She's healthy, she's happy." She's alive. They edged the tree line and he grinned. Raven stood at the base of the tree house, gawking up at the structure. "I'll have you know, this is no tree house. This is a Pinterest board." He laughed. It was pretty fantastic. Around the base of a thick spruce was a thin, winding staircase that led to a small platform twenty feet up. The tree house was designed to resemble a much smaller version of the main house and was held up by four thick beams. All four walls had windows and insulation.

Mist

He had always been very careful with the magic he taught us; some things we discovered on our own, playing with spells and different phrases. “If you’re willing to listen, I’d like to tell you everything,” I said. “I’ll listen, and after you’re done, maybe you’ll be willing to listen to what I have to say, as well?” he asked me, and I nodded. We headed through the forest back toward the house when I suddenly stopped and looked at him. “Was Mom very angry about Lucy?” Kiran placed his hand on my shoulder. “Don’t worry about it.” Kiran led the way up the patio and opened the sliding door. I followed him into the house and noticed the differences. There was a new table with new chairs, and it f

Nightmare

After finding that out the dream ended and I continued to sleep peacefully until just now. The sunlight shining down on the tent was making it glow on the inside, and it was already starting to get hot! After thinking about the sunlight, I start to wonder how it was possibly shining on the tent right now because the trees should be covering us in darkness. Slowly I pull the zip of the tent up and head out to investigate. Gradually I crawl through the petite opening of the tent and look around. The trees branches still reach out over the clearing but one of the branches above our tent is missing a whole bunch of leaves and that’s where the sun is shining through. I glance around taking in the

A Whole New World

A Whole New World

It was beautiful in a primordial way, like something out of the Jurassic period. The lower slopes were covered in thick tropical forest - an almost impenetrable tangle of ferns, vines, and trees with massive root systems that seemed to grip the mountainside like grasping fingers. Bright green moss covered everything, giving the forest an almost prehistoric appearance, like dinosaurs might step out from behind the giant ferns at any moment. The vegetation was so dense that sunlight barely penetrated to the forest floor, creating pockets of deep shadow that looked mysterious and vaguely threatening.

I loved the story of Essence & Lucian, Sky & Tobias, Hailey & Thompson!! A great blend of sweet and spicy!! I wish the chapters were not split as it made the chapters too short. That is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Otherwise, highly recommend this story!!

The Enchanted Realm

The Enchanted Realm

The tree's branches swayed gently, and a shimmering mist enveloped the trio, carrying with it fragments of memories, visions of stars, and echoes of long-forgotten tales. In their shared trance, they saw images of a celestial tapestry, interwoven with threads of light and shadow. Visions of ancient prophecies and the hero's journey danced before their minds, each fragment a puzzle piece of a greater whole. And at the center of it all was the enigmatic melody—the very heart of the realm's history. As the mist dissipated, leaving them with a renewed sense of purpose, the tree's branches seemed to cradle them in a comforting embrace. They exchanged a knowing look, their bond with each other and

Contract Bound

Contract Bound

"Of course, Sherlock." I stopped right outside his tree house and my eyeballs almost popped out. I've not seen many tree houses in my life but the one in front of me surpassed all of them. It really did seem mystical like those I'd read about in Enid Blyton's elf storybooks. The tree was huge and void of any leaves. The trunk had a door and I would have just thought of it to be some medieval era furniture if not for the block of house sitting serenely at the top. I couldn't see any ladder leading up to the house so instinctively, I opened the wooden door.

WILD DESIRES TAMELESS HEART

WILD DESIRES TAMELESS HEART

began to carry a new, metallic tang—a vibration from beyond the continental shelf. The white tree in the Whispering Woods had grown ten feet in a single season, its silver-veined leaves translucent and humming with a constant, low-frequency melody. Rhea stood at its base, her palms pressed against the bark. She could feel the heartbeat of the mountain, but beneath that familiar rhythm, there was a stutter—a rhythmic, artificial tapping that felt like a fingernail clicking against a glass jar.

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

THE BILLIONAIRE’S SECOND CHANCE BETRAYAL

She leaned against a tree trunk that was pulsing with a light. "They are tracking us Mom " June corrected her. She touched the glowing bark. "The forest is part of the computer network. My father did not destroy the system. He just changed the way it looks. We are walking inside a computer made of wood." "Then we use it " the soldier said. He pulled a knife from his belt. "If this forest is a computer it has a center. We find the heart of the forest. We must shut it down before the gold ships connect to it." "No " June shouted. She stepped between the soldier and the tree. The trees made a groaning sound. It vibrated through the soil.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

A tree so large it seemed to touch the sky itself. Silver bark. Black leaves. Branches stretching beyond sight. The entire forest appeared to grow from it. Then Henry whispered: "No way." Then: "The World Tree." Silence. Then Selene nodded. Then: "The Heart of the Forest." The giant tree pulsed. Slowly. Like a heartbeat. Then everyone saw it. The Third Fragment. Floating within the trunk. Encased inside crystal. Glowing green. Waiting. Finally. After everything. They had found it. Then a voice echoed.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.
