What wrong have I done…? “Shut up.” A girl suddenly responded to the scream with a monotone voice. This is the first time I couldn’t agree more with the opinion of a random girl. Then six magic circles appeared behind that silver hair guy who yelled at me. From the looks of the magic circle… all six of it are storage magic. Thin threads of white strings came out from the centre of the magic circles, wrapping that guy’s body before he could react. Even if he tried to struggle, it eventually wrapped him tight enough that he couldn’t even move a muscle.

“We are going to save your mother, just follow the plan.” Gareth and Hazel stood off to the side of the portal, Hazel wore a dampening charm around her neck meant to keep her magical signature tamped. Garreth held a net made of fine golden chains like the ones that bound them in the Seelie Fae realm. Gera assured them they were strong enough to hold anyone once the lock on them was sealed. She refused to tell them where she had gotten them, and Hazel found herself slipping deeper and deeper into distrust for her.

The pendant was carved with what looked like runes. “In the meantime, wear this at all times. It will vibrate in the presence of dark magic.” Julie walked over to Alexander and held it out, and indeed, the talisman began to vibrate. She then handed it to me, and it was surprisingly cool and still in my palm.

The air around it hummed with magic, powerful, and ancient. The figure wrapped the bracelet around Amethyst’s tiny wrist. “This will keep her safe,” they said, their tone carrying a weight of truth.
