The Blackening Of Olive Lane

The Blackening Of Olive Lane

Jessie woke up Monday morning and for some reason, she felt off and her magic wasn't afraid to show it. It started with how she almost tripped because of a pillow that appeared out of nowhere on her way to the bathroom, then her magic setting the water too high and almost burning her skin off, then nicking herself with a knife with her magic bending the knife in her anger and finally, checking her bag before realizing her homework was on her reading table in homeroom. Banging her head on the desk, she attracted the stares of everyone and worried looks from her friends.

The Villainess Wants To Make Baby First, Revenge Later!

The Villainess Wants To Make Baby First, Revenge Later!

And what's even more unfortunate is that I failed to control my magic, so somehow, the ground sticks out to the surface instead of making a deep hole for us to enter. "Milady?" Merri carried Pasha who was wailing even more because he probably sensed our panic. Merri has prepared with her new weapon, namely a blue fire whip in her hand. "Shit! Shit! Why isn't this working?!” I cursed at the mound of earth that had sprung up from my magic. “Grarwra! Grr." The monsters' growls were getting louder and clearer as I started to catch their large figures. "Merri, run!" I whispered as I pulled Merri behind me.

Mated To The Monster Boys

Mated To The Monster Boys

I clutched at it faintly, muttering cuss words beneath my breath, as I tried to do the concentration spell that would help me through the day. But everything just went wrongly. Instead of the concentration spell, I had summoned mystics – small creatures with wings that didn’t necessarily look like anything. It took a while before I could finally get rid of all the annoying creatures. Then I had made the couch grow wings, and accidentally activated the magic spell, and it had been flying round the room for minutes non – stop, chasing me round the corner. I just gave up on everything and went to class, with the couch still flying around of course.

Design of Fate

Design of Fate

Apparently, the God of Mischief was just the God of Idiots. “How?” he demanded to know. I quirked a brow, needing more context. “There was no way for you to survive the death blow of my magic. I felt it when it struck you.” “Your magic is lacking if it can’t tell that it didn’t reach its intended target. It struck the lovely Queen Imeela. It didn’t even harm her, so it was definitely lacking.”

Cynthia Allen
I have enjoyed the supernatural diversity in this universe. I thoroughly enjoyed the author's take on Fae as seen through "Fated Soul - Fated Light". I loved learning about the Nabellos and sphinxes in "Fated Power - Fated Destiny". My favorite are the vampires in this book.

I love all of the books in the Fated universe. I am loving this sequel even more than I loved 'His Hunt For Redemption'. Jackson and Zeus are perfect for Imeela. I also love all of the twists and turns when it comes to dealing with the Precoza coven. I can't wait for Kalen's story next.

The Black Princess Chi

The Black Princess Chi

The amalgamated magic took shape as a colossal disk, hovering ominously. In his reckless attempt to harness this overwhelming force, the man was reduced to ashes, consumed by his own ambition. Simultaneously, the magical disk shattered into countless fragments, which scattered into the vast expanse of the sky, carrying with them the remnants of the world's lost magic.

MAGICAL

MAGICAL

I stood up in pain to notice I was the only one left under the shade. "Nancy!" I screamed. "Help!" I heard other voices. "Steve! Help!" The cries could still be heard afar off till I could hear it no more. I screamed and I ruffled my hair in frustration. "What the hell is happening?" Sage's POV I stood up as I roared with laughter. I've just gotten more confirmation that shows Megan and the entire royal family of the magical world are all weaklings and a bunch of fools. "What do they think?" I scoffed.

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

Moonlit Mischief: A Shift in the Heart

My phone incessantly buzzed as I retreated from the bustling mass. Although I had no desire to be associated with her baffling and inexplicable vanishing, I struggled to come up with a more effective method to divert suspicion away from myself. It occurred to Alex, Maurice, and Jackson that we could orchestrate a scenario where I would be attacked and hit on the head, subsequently becoming her companion and embarking on a casual stroll to dispel any doubts. Surprisingly, this plan turned out to be even more foolproof than the previous one. I couldn't help but grin as I closed the phone. "Perfect." The pieces were finally falling into place, and I could feel the excitement bubbling up inside

she said. “Not anymore,” I smirked. “You’re a real queen Mia,” she hyped. “Thank you and bring me my favourite Chinese breakfast, stat,” I ordered. “Yes ma’am,” she said as she scurried away. As I sat in my office, I couldn’t help but think about how fast my life has changed in the past few hours. From losing my potential husband to learning of my pregnancy to the whole charade at work. It was a roller coaster of events and mostly events I didn’t appreciate.

The Enchanted Realm

The Enchanted Realm

Elysia's fingers brushed the moss-covered engravings, her mind racing to unlock the secrets they held. Nightfall found them at the edge of a dense forest, the path ahead obscured by darkness. Elara's voice was a soothing melody as she chanted an incantation, conjuring a globe of soft light that illuminated their way. Shadows danced on the fringes of their vision, a reminder that even in the realm of magic, dangers loomed.

Leesa's Advent

It had never shown up in this manner, though. So far, they had failed to discover any real purpose to the magical outbursts, no matter what shape or form they took. More often than not they turned out to be benign, but sometimes they could be dangerous. Their house still bore several scars where Ralin’s power had damaged it, and there were trees missing branches in the woods beyond their yard as a result of his uncontrolled magic. Which way this new manifestation would turn out they couldn’t know. All they could do was watch and wait to see what happened.
