Design of Fate

Design of Fate

There was no such thing as being too careful. “When you remove them, they will be visible again. They have a magical power source, so you don’t need to charge them or anything. They are waterproof, shatterproof, and can’t be detected by any magical or mundane means. Oh! The cool thing is that I bound them to you. They’ll ‘learn’ what you need. So, if you need to hear something further away, the magic picks up on that.” Well fucking hell. Those devices were a fucking godsend. I had no idea how long she worked on this, but it was crazy to see what all she could create. No wonder that there was always a long line of people requesting her to make or alter things.

I have enjoyed the supernatural diversity in this universe. I thoroughly enjoyed the author's take on Fae as seen through "Fated Soul - Fated Light". I loved learning about the Nabellos and sphinxes in "Fated Power - Fated Destiny". My favorite are the vampires in this book.

I love all of the books in the Fated universe. I am loving this sequel even more than I loved 'His Hunt For Redemption'. Jackson and Zeus are perfect for Imeela. I also love all of the twists and turns when it comes to dealing with the Precoza coven. I can't wait for Kalen's story next.

Lilitu: The Memoirs of a Succubus

Lilitu: The Memoirs of a Succubus

We felt that we were building something important in the crusade against evil. But there was one thing we associated with demons that many Mekrans, especially Sinteza, also practiced: rituals. It is a myth that magic and technology are opposites, or are incompatible. Indeed, in the right hands, they compliment each other curiously well. They say Sinteza performed a ritual that would allow him to know how to invent any machine he could think of. To this day, I am not sure how he achieved this. He also performed rituals to make the city untraceable even via the rituals of others, and to prevent captured soldiers from remembering where it was. Through these achievements, he clawed his way up th

"I think I need a break but there will be no one to take care of the whole thing while I'm gone. Would it be too much if I wished for the world to stop moving for a day?" "You know that's impossible" Ella said, giggling lightly. "I know" I groaned. "But I might know what to get your mind off all these" Ella said excitedly. Ella the ever cheerful type. Always knowing what to do to be happy. How come I didn't have that kind of gift? "What?" I asked lifting my head from the table slightly to study the all too familiar glint of her ocean blue eyes "Spa day" she squealed. "Maybe I guess, it's worth a shot" what other choice have I got? It's either that or be buried in tons of paper work.

REJECTED AND REBORN AS THE ALPHA KING'S LUNA

REJECTED AND REBORN AS THE ALPHA KING'S LUNA

someone demanded. "You shouldn't. Not yet." I pulled out a device. "But you can test me. This is my life's work. Tech-magic fusion specialization. I combine Earth-Dominion's stolen Architect technology with Earth-Arcanum's magical theory. I create things neither reality could make alone." I activated the device. A shield appeared, shimmering with both technological precision and magical energy. "This shield can stop physical attacks, energy weapons, and magical assaults simultaneously. I've designed weapons, armor, communication devices. All fusion-tech. All designed to defend, not conquer."

Lycans of Lunar Isle

Lycans of Lunar Isle

The way it hardened around my feet, rooting me in place, hadn’t been natural. It was blind rage that allowed me to break free from it, nothing more. I paused in my work, an odd thought worming it’s way into my head. Never had I seen magic used in the outside world. No one spoke of it, almost as though it simply didn’t exist. What if the spell on Lunar Isle, the one keeping everyone confined within it’s borders, also did the same thing for magic? The technician sauntered out from the back and waved, “Everything’s all set up and ready to go. I left the manual on the desk in the back ‘case you wanted to read through it.”

I’ve read lots of supernatural books but this one is the best I’ve read! It’s got little bit of everything, it deserves way more recognition than it has gotten. Jane out did herself with these last two new books . Extremely talented writer. Give this book a shot you won’t regret it.

The Lost Magic

The Lost Magic

I'll just work hard so I can survive every trial waiting ahead of me. I fell asleep as my mind explore deeper down the memory lane. The next day, I wore a simple gray legging partnered with a plain blue oversized sweater and a white rubber shoes. I was about to grab a black cap when I heard a knock on my door. Its probably Aeolous, checking if I'm ready to go out. I grabbed the cap that I wanted and put it on my head. I did not bring anything since the door is magic locked. The door handles recognizes my magic so it automatically opens when it senses my magic. Magic is like out fingerprint and tongue print. Its unique, we have different patterns, no one has the same magic pattern.

I took his hand and walked back to our world. *** "How dare you Cassandra commanding me and using your alpha powers like that!" "I did what seem right that time and I have to ask why would you tell a human about our world." I asked in return. My blood was boiling with his so childish actions. If any human knew about us we were probably all dead because its not hidden that they were weak but they had much more higher technology which we couldn't even overpower. This might be the death of all our species.

Moonlit Magic

Moonlit Magic

"He kept showing up when I felt worst. Said weird things about my energy." A beat of silence. Then Derek exhaled, shaking his head. "Energy draining is rare. Some call it ‘witch sickness.’ There’s no real cure, just… prevention." He abruptly changed the subject, pulling a book from the shelf. "This spell sharpens memory. Temporary, but useful before exams." As he leaned in to point out a passage, his shoulder brushed hers—and he froze. "Your magic," he murmured. "It feels… different." Rita forced a laugh. "Probably Pru’s amulet." She tapped the charm at her throat—a decoy.
