"Magic spell is an incantation, a spell, a charm, an enchantment or a bewitchery, it is a magical formula intended to trigger a magical effect on a person or objects by consuming mana— Restia." Seeming to know that I needed demonstration, Restia then reaches out her right hand, concentrating a ball of glowing, white-coloured mana on her palm. "Whoa, so that ball on her hand is mana…? It's pretty…" When I realised, his finger is already near that ball. "H-Hey, don't touch it…!" BOOM! "Kyaa…!?" Restia's mana ball exploded. That impact from her palm sends her flying backwards. Thankfully, Dómr's daughter caught Restia with her body.

People scream and scurry away in fear, they are right to fear me, I am too angry to show mercy right now. I remember reading a book when I was a girl, all about dragon lore and the special things they could do, so I lift my right paw and bite into my finger/toe to draw blood, then lower it to Drake. I let a few drops fall onto his chest and then one into his mouth, before sealing my wound and returning my attention to those around us. These tiny things are all my enemies they all are trying to take Drake away from me! “RAARR!! Grrrrr!!”

Morgana explained with a sad smile on her face. I wondered why she looked sad despite the smile. Her smile didn't reach her eyes. "Who did this?" Sage asked with squinted eyes. "Cause I'm sure this isn't a thing back at the kingdom. This is related to black magic." He frowned. "Yeah, it isn't a thing in our world since it's a spell." Morgana shrugged. "But someone went extra miles to protect the people." "That must be Mila." Sage said. "She never grows up. The risk is huge." He complained.

Sidastir said but was not convinced of his own words as he wasn't a master in all sorts of magic. The Aouns had no magic, but Akana had magical abilities. Have they lied about their powers? It is not implausible as people would see them as a huge threat if they found out that Aouns could permanently steal people's mana. Mana’s held great importance. After all, everyone in the nine kingdoms has mana, even if only a few could use it for magic. The only ones that couldn't use magic because of lack of mana are pure-blooded humans, and they were a minority. The majority were of mixed lineage and had a bit of blood from a magical race among their human ones. "Your knowledge is lacking as there are

But Mayari don't believe in stuff like magic, unicorns, or fairytales, she only focus herself on things that she saw through her own life that is blood and money so she thought she was bluffing. "Drop the act, it's nonsense." Mayari commented. "Just tell me where I am exactly and I'll be on my way." "I'm not joking, it is really magic," She insisted, "and you can't leave yet, I still need to speak to you." "I have no time for this." Mayari was about to walk out, but the door suddenly disappeared infront of her, leaving only thick hard wall. "Our conversation is still not finish." She told, "Please have a seat."

"Why go so fast?" He asked suspiciously. “I have no money on me! What I just gave him was a handkerchief, my magic is sketchy, it will show up in no time.” "What? If you don't have money, say it soon, I can make it out." "So what's the difference?" “My magic is higher than yours.” He kindly reminded the girl who was looking at him with a scornful expression. “The main difference is the imagination, and the duration is long or short.”

But I found myself willing to amend that assumption the moment I saw a swirling tendril of orange bursting from Rampage’s chest to reach out and grasp Willow, seeping fragments of light from her. Willow’s back tensed and she jerked but when the book flipped open, and the pages started flipping. She eased. Closing her eyes and surrendering to Rampage’s power. Letting it sap her energy. As he did the pages began sifting back and forth more quickly. More forcefully. I bit my lip as I watched. Soon more tentacles of magic unwound from Rampage to stretch across the room. Piercing into the chests and stomachs of other mages. Using their magic to whirl around the book. Lifting it in a white tornado

“Are you sure that there is no magic involve? Maybe magic has evolved all this while human think there are no magic left.” “That is not likely You Highness. Magic is a gift from God who spread magic particles in the air of the Dracenthia Kingdom. So like air, they are scattered all over the place. In countless numbers. It's just that, if air can enter the human body through inhalation, magic particles cannot enter the human body. Magic particles are borrowed to create things. For example, water, fire, earth, moving objects and others. But after using magic, the magic particles will return to the air. So it is impossible for magic to affect human’s brain as you say so, Your Highness. But, you
