She uses the stick to bunch the zombie arm until it gets broken, and she picks it up then continue walking towards the community with her face frown. Maria got to the entrance of the community no guard at the top of the hill to watch over who is coming over. She opened the entrance gate and get in, those cleaning up and working on the farm saw someone coming into the community holding a zombie's hand but they can't identify who that person is because she's a bit far from them.
