I was getting married, having children, and most likely not being able to continue my college education, which was only in the process of passing three semesters. Then, my childhood friend put me in that situation. Everything was a mess. I already knew that arranged marriages were less about love and more about the interests of the bride and groom's respective families, so the personal feelings of the bride and groom were less of a consideration.
