She looked like a queen with everything she had on, even her makeup was outstanding. "Wow, Marielle, you look like a queen in this dress," I spluttered immediately as she got to me. She chuckled and threw her hands around me, enfolding me in a hug. "You look stunning as well," she said into my neck. "I've missed you, a lot." "We saw each other yesterday," I chuckled. "Not enough," she whispered. She sighed heavily. "Worried?" "Scared. I'm afraid, Marinette, I saw what you would do if things didn't work out well, I saw it in a vision. Rinette, please don't do it, don't use your life to end Ivy's, don't die and leave me alone."

Marinette keeps laughing each time Jaz talks about her experience with a young man at work. Apparently, the man told her she's too elegant and pretty to be single. He gave her some flowers, sent a letter, and asked her to become his wife. I cringe at the thought of Jaz getting married to such a dumbass. “Well, why did you turn him down?” Marinette's laughing hard, fingers digging into the shrimps on the dining table. She raises her head, meeting Jaz’s gaze. “He might really like you, you know?” She teases, “there's no harm in trying him out.”
