She hasn’t moved, she just keeps looking up at me. My eyes dart down and make contact with the side of her neck. There, barely visible a mark, the mark that I placed there. King is howling in delight in my mind. My eyes quickly make their way back to hers to see them hardened, she swiftly turns away and heads out the door. The clearing of a throat is when I remember that there were other people in the room. “Your mark may not be gone but it is fading.” That mutt states and when he turns his collar moves and I see that mark on his neck. Did Olivia mark another male? King is thrashing around in my mind and my blood is boiling.

The colors kept changing and everything was very soothing and peaceful. However, Mark feels as if he shouldn’t be here, that there was something wrong with this place, but he doesn’t know where he is, and he doesn’t know how to leave. There is no door here and there is no one but him alone in this vast space. Mark gets a feeling that he has to go back and that there is still someone outside waiting for his return. It's just that he cannot remember who he is. Mark tries hard to remember but he just can’t and as he stared at the twinkling stars he felt his thoughts drift away mesmerized by the changing colors.

She sighed and briefly told Mary what she had encountered that day, from accidentally having gone into arousal to having had a temporary mark from an alpha. Mary was surprised to hear that, she stammered speechless. She tried to stabilize her emotions, then asked again, "The one who marked you is Stella's CEO, Marcus Hofsess, right?" No one feel to talk after this incident . Mark quickly gives his communication device and run towards Weiwei who looks a bit tired . Mark said and pull Weiwei to climb the truck after him . For the whole fifteen minutes no one said anything as everyone feel tired . They had ruched to get together and then rush to get back to the main road . Now , their only hope is to get back to the campsite so they can rest , take their bath and sleep early.

The snow almost buried him alive. The snow stopped on the eighth morning. Julian crawled out of the snowbank. His lips were purple, but his eyes still burned with fight. Just then, a black SUV pulled up to the building. A sharp-dressed man stepped out. It was Alpha Marcus, the strongest Alpha in the North. He held a bouquet of rare Moonflowers. They only grew on the highest snowy peaks. The guards quickly opened the doors for him with wide smiles. "Alpha Marcus. Healer Quinn is waiting for you upstairs."

“I will… I will…” She hugged me again, even tighter. As she held me, the mark on my chest suddenly grew hot. It was so hot that I flinched.Then, without warning, a bright light burst from my chest and filled the entire court. Gasps filled the room. Everyone shielded their eyes as the light grew stronger until the whole hall glittered. The darkness outside even faded as if the sun had returned. “What is happening?” someone whispered. “She’s glowing!” another elder shouted. Then someone cried out, “She’s the Marked Luna!”

Trembling, I slowly turned around and saw no one behind me. "Don't be scared... I'm Vex your fire." I blinked rapidly trying to process what was going on. My mother had mentioned that I'd get my fire when I was older. "Keep walking before they find you." I nodded quietly and picked the pace and my gaze lingered on my hand which had dark marks on it. What's happening to me? "They poisoned us Rogue and we have to get out of here if we ever want a chance of surviving." My heart was pounding frantically in my chest.
