I’ll stop by again another day.” After Mark left, Allen emerged from the bathroom where he’d been hiding. “Seems like Mark won’t be easy to handle.” Suzy gave a light scoff. “Not necessarily. Have you looked further into his connection with Dylan?” Allen grabbed an apple from the fruit basket, settled down on the edge of her bed, and started peeling it.
