Mary Haise Novels & Stories

0 said and continue talking about things. Wow, this is Hilary's point of view when I am talking to her? Am I always this loud and I am telling a story? "Settle, please be sitted in your assigned seats." our professor said. She is Miss Ricafronte, she's our teacher in Calculus. She doesn't give high grades at all unless you gave her high scores on the quizzes, discussion, and assignments. So basically, what you give is what she encodes.

a man with short steel-gray hair said as he sat behind a colossal walnut desk. I stepped into the room. “Hello, sir. I need to speak to you briefly.” He glared at me over the tip of his reading glasses. “You’re Daisy Wilson,” he grumbled. “I am,” I admitted and stepped In front of his desk. “What do you want?” “I’d like to talk to you about Marlee Krebs,” I replied. “What about her?” Martin Hauser pretended to be studying a form in front of him. But I could tell he was waiting for me to speak.

“He’s sired a few children outside of marriage that we know of. Ethan is one of them.” Kallista’s lips parted slightly. His attitude made a little more sense now. Delia’s voice lowered further. “His mother is one of the mysteries of both this estate and family but the girl servants like to gossip and as much as we discredit most of what they say, there was this one time we had strong suspicions it was correct—a very strong one. A maid, Marina, overheard a conversation between the old patriarch, Mr. Terence Hawthorne, and a cleaner at the office. He was paying her off. Her name was Martha Sterling.”

I was worried they wouldn't get any sleep since I could hear they still talking in the room for a while. "Yeah, I did," Mae replies. "Morning Victoria." They walk over and join me taking their seat quietly as an image on the television catches my attention, "could you turn the volume up Victoria?" "Yes Sir," she nods, reaches for the remote on the table, and quickly increases the volume on the TV. "Breaking news," the news reporter begins, "The renowned billionaire, Mr. Robert Hayes, has been formally arrested and charged with multiple counts of sexual assault, including the rape of Lily Winchester, the daughter of the owner of Rose Tech who died with his wife in a fatal accident some years

“—I-I’m sorry. I didn't hear you the first time.” I reached out, intending to support her — but instead, she slipped her arm around my waist as though she were the one guiding me. And just like that, we walked into the mansion togther, leaving the young woman behind. Inside, Rowan and his wife Clio stood near the entryway. “There you are, Mom,” Rowan said. “We were looking everywhere for you.” Mom? I nearly stumbled. The woman beside me — the garden stranger — was Mrs. Harrison.

This woman is a goddess. “I don’t think so, as I keep telling Hank, my boyfriend might be in town so I want to spend as much time as I can with him.” I tell her, making starry eyes to which she awws. Hank doesn’t deserve this goddess. I am straight but if she asks, I’ll marry her. “Please Emily, it would mean a lot if you attend the wedding.” Hank insists as he slips a hand around her slim waist.

“Mrs. Hail?” “In the flesh, and it’s good to see you too,” Mrs. Hail said with a smile. She paused, smiling from him to the woman standing at her side. “You must have noticed the stark resemblance, but please, allow me to introduce the most beautiful, respectful, calm yet stubborn, and crazy mother of the woman you are so madly in love with: Mrs. Mary Bush.” “Seriously, Hail, what the hell is your problem?" Mary asked her friend.

The small villa was cleaned and tidied by people hired by Hayes, and even the peonies and roses in the garden and on the terrace kept thriving. When Genny and I arrived, a woman in her fifties was helping to tidy up the vases in the living room. When she saw us enter, she quickly put down the scissors and sunflowers in her hand, came forward to help carry our luggage, and then introduced herself warmly. "Hello, Ms. Eloise, I am Mara, Mr. Hayes's live-in housekeeper. Mr. Hayes asked me to come here to see if there is anything I can help you with."

I had finished cleaning the kitchen, under the guidance of Margaret. She was an Omega and an elderly servant, whom to my knowledge, was Hawthorne's most trusted maid. She had decided to help relieve me of some duties and had sent some maids to replace me. “Take a break, Aurora. You will need it.” She said as she gave me a look of pity. She knew, they are knew that I’ve become Killeen’s new sex toy. However, I refused. “Don’t worry. I will take my break, when I clean the Alpha’s room.” I informed her and hesitantly, she nodded and I headed toward Hawthorne's room.

“Don’t start.” I looked at her. The Hayes smile was mine this time, the compressed almost-version of it. “I won’t,” I said. She went through the gap in the hedge. I stood in the enclosed garden alone. The bench. The rosemary. The October Sunday. I thought about Catherine Marsh calling Richard after her visit. I thought about the concerned-calling and what it meant and whether Elaine’s speaking to her would be sufficient. I thought about the managed version and the three years and the cost.
