To Put A Leash On The Master

To Put A Leash On The Master

“In my case, I feel like I’m the one being mastered.” “Then…” Joghsec drawls the ‘n’ sound, prompting me to look at him again. He has a sparkle in his eyes as he says, “…put a leash on the master?” I smile. Somehow, his words axed down the rock that rose in my head, a serenity I hadn’t felt in a long while claiming me. I can even visualize the clear line between now and the previous livid state I found myself in. “I’ve never felt this good in a long time,” I whisper. Cold air brushes my face, and I blink as stray strands rest on my lashes.

Born Again

Born Again

He looked around, “That goes to all of you. Stick that in your f`cken minds. And if you can`t do it just say it so I can deal with you right now!” “Relax. Lower your gun.” I said “And for how long will you go MIA?” “Hopefully only for this year.” I said, “But if we go to war, I`ll be back to take over for good, Commander.” Black Jesus took out his gun and grabbed the Commander again. “Who is the reason you are a commander today?” “Mastermind!” “And who do you think is protecting you from your superiors about the drugs you are selling inside?” “Mastermind?”

Dark Water

Dark Water

"I ain't as educated as I would like. But I admit I had it better than most. And I was lucky that the first captain I was with was what they'd term a gentleman pirate. He was a fine man. It was a shame his heart weren't as strong as he was." "What happened?" Lloyd looked curious, eager to learn anything he could about the man and his background. It was a whirlwind of mystery and adventure, albeit tainted with the bitter coating of the devil incarnate. "William Masters was his name," Nathaniel said, a touch of reverent nostalgia in his voice. "He was from a middle-class background, but ill health would have hampered him. He hated the idea of being coddled and kept from life. So he fled. He wa

Forever His

Forever His

Neither the dog, nor the owner are glad to have me here. “Good evening, Commander Mortensen,” Matron Mary Ann greats him and then she places her hand on my back. “This is Aubrey, your new Bearer.” The commander looks at me up and down, unimpressed. I discreetly look at him too, I can notice his muscles through his black Shark uniform, he is really ripped. This is the first time I see him up close, I have never appreciated his sharp features from this distance. I fix my eyes on his hands, there is something about them I immediately like, they are so strong and masculine. I never consider hands to be an attractive feature but for some reason, the commander’s hands caught my attention.

Done Chasing the Cold-Hearted Commander

Done Chasing the Cold-Hearted Commander

By the time the military transport plane landed at the Riverdale Military Airfield, night had long since fallen. Carrying my duffel bag down the airstair, I was hit by a gust of freezing wind, thick with an unfamiliar, damp chill. "Major Tomlinson!" From a distance, an old military officer with graying hair at his temples strode over. The general stars on his epaulets gleamed softly under the lights. He came to a halt right in front of me, raised his hand, and gave me a standard military salute. "I'm Bruno Black, the deputy commander of the Riverdale Military District.

Touched by the master

Touched by the master

"I don't make offers to my slaves, Jon. I tell them what needs to be done and they do it." "Well said, my lord. What would you like for breakfast?" "Eggs and bacon. And a female slave to feed me." "As you wish, my lord.' I ended up eating more of the slave than even the food. There was something suddenly off. I wasn't enjoying the sex anymore. There was less pleasure and all I wanted was to thrust as deep as I could until I came. I just could not take my mind off that slave boy.

Alpha's Regret: Reclaiming his Whisperer Luna

Alpha's Regret: Reclaiming his Whisperer Luna

Their stern faces and unwavering determination baffled me. “Sorry, it’s our Beta’s command!” This arrangement successfully attracted plenty of unwanted attention as Master came out of his office, his hell-serious face jumped my heart to my throat. He raised his brow and spoke in an icy tone, sending shivers down my spine. “Look who is here to grace us with his presence. I will never be able to thank Mr. Alex for this favor.” My breath stuck in my deserted throat to listen to my master’s cold words, this was his indirect way of telling me my time of death. When my master got furious, his language became sarcastic, not to mention extraordinarily respectable like this.

Sunny
Artfully written and so well crafted. The plot is engaging which keeps one hooked and rushing to the next chapter. I love Helena's spirit and the way she handles tough situations. I so very much hope she never returns to that Zayden ever again. Great work author wishing more success to you.

Definitely a read. This book left me with so many emotions. Crying to yelling at the characters in this book. Clearly this writer found their calling when becoming an author. About to start reading some of their other works now. Good job on this one though.

Under His Command

Under His Command

Finally, I broke the silence, leaning forward with a faint smirk. “You know, Riley,” I said, my tone smooth, deliberate. “There’s something you need to understand about me—something most people figure out the hard way.” Riley’s gaze snapped to me, his anger barely contained. “What are you talking about?” I clasped my hands together and rested them on the desk, my eyes never leaving his. “Nobody crosses me and wins. Nobody. Because I’m not just a player in the game—I own the game. I am the game master.”

The True Mastermind

The True Mastermind

"Master, we want to train our obedience." Laura suddenly held onto me while Camilla crawled under my crotch. "Tonight, we'll serve you well. You're our master. Percy, please let me do this. Otherwise, I will get punished," Tiffany begged before scrambling on all fours toward me. "No way! I have to go!" Right then, Laura let out a sharp cry. "It's not up to you now. Ms. Elledge, get him!" Before I could react, Laura and Camilla pulled my pants down, and Tiffany opened her mouth…

Moonlit Legacy: Claimed By The Alpha King

Rooni gasped, almost running away. "Bloody spirits, MasterChief! Would you quit sneaking up on us?" Rooni complained. "And when would you quit getting startled at the slightest excitement?" MasterChief responded. "I wasn't startled. I was just, excited," Rooni shrugged. The MasterChief chuckled as he sat down with the bunch. "I'm not sure I got you correctly. But I think I heard you say that the man is no ordinary man. How?" Vira asked. "Not many know this but..." MasterChief looked around and then in a lowered voice he continued," That man is Commander Benek. The late King's War Chief."

Frequently Asked Questions

'Master and Commander' is the first book in Patrick O'Brian’s acclaimed Aubrey-Maturin series, set during the Napoleonic Wars. It follows Jack Aubrey, a young and ambitious Royal Navy officer, who gets his first command, the HMS Sophie. Alongside him is Stephen Maturin, a brilliant but eccentric Irish-Catalan physician and naturalist, who becomes his close friend and confidant. The novel is a rich blend of naval warfare, personal relationships, and the daily life aboard a ship. Aubrey’s leadership skills and Maturin’s scientific curiosity drive the narrative, as they navigate the challenges of command, strategy, and the unpredictable sea. The story is packed with historical detail, from the intricacies of ship handling to the political tensions of the era. Their camaraderie and contrasting personalities add depth to the plot, making it more than just a tale of battles and voyages. It’s a story of friendship, ambition, and the relentless pursuit of excellence in a time of war.

What stands out is the authenticity of the naval experience, from the jargon to the tactics, which immerses you in the world of early 19th-century seafaring. The novel also explores the moral dilemmas of war and the personal sacrifices made by those who serve. Aubrey’s rise through the ranks is marked by both triumphs and setbacks, and Maturin’s observations provide a philosophical counterpoint to the action. Together, they form a dynamic duo whose adventures set the stage for the rest of the series.
