"You're the one knocking at my door." The shorter woman pulled out her phone, checking something. "We're here for Maxwell Sterling." She sighed, looking at her friend. "Am I at the wrong door, again?" "I am Maxwell Sterling," Maxwell said. He was curious why these two women were looking for him with that confused expression. “Are you the stylists?”

Then he lifted his thumb to show me the stray ice cream as proof. “Thanks,” I said, smiling back at him. Jake suggested we play some games. As we walked toward the DDR machine, his hand brushed mine.
