ELEANOR’S POV. A smile curled up my lips, a smile of satisfaction as I stared at my reflection in the big-sized mirror. The dress was perfect, it looked perfect. It was made of Red Satin, an off-the-shoulder mermaid straight dress, with an opening at the back ending just on my waist, and a high thigh split on my left leg. It looked perfect with the golden shoe I had paired it with.

It makes sense, I guess, but that doesn't mean I'm happy. Once the job is done, Mr. Jersey pulls something out from underneath his jacket. It's a pair of bright red sneakers. They look brand new. On their sides is one of my favorite superheroes. I'd know those shoes anywhere. They're the same limited editions hoes Jimmy Alexandrov was bragging about earlier this week. The same shoes that I fought him over. "Are those the new Ranger Robin Super Shoes?" I exclaim, surprised that Mr. Jersey would know I'd want these. "Are they for me?"

Yet as she spotted Nick chatting away on his mobile at the front of the shop, she forced herself to do as he had told her. Millie drifted over to an unusual shoe display. These had high thin needle-like heels in a rainbow of colours, some with spikes adorning the front. They looked dangerous; which she supposed had been the designer’s intention. She didn’t think they were her type of thing, and she would prefer something more elegnt and with a heel which would tempt her to use as a murder weapon. She knew the twins had shoes like these and it would be a lie to say she had not thought of sticking the heel in Ruby’s eye.

It was Carlson, as expected. “I guess you're busy.”I exhaled, putting a hand on my waist.“Just some bunch of clothes sent by Dad.”He nods. “You don't like.” “Tried some but don't like” “But the shoes are beautiful.”He said at the lines of shoes with silver, gold, and red and their pairs lying at the end of my room. “I think what I love most is the bags. I don't want shoes either. They are too high.” “That's okay, I can teach you how to walk on heels.”

And then she entered the complex world of sexy shoes. Lovely had bought a neutral pair to go with the caramel dress and thought she was done. But... ‘Red and red,’ the assistant insisted. ‘I think neutral would look better.’ ‘You need these shoes.’ Oh, Lovely was starting to take advice from strangers for she tried them on. They were low-heeled and slender and a little bit strappy. ‘It’s too much,’ Lovely said, but both women knew she was not protesting at the price. ‘No, no,’ the assistant said. ‘Trust me—these are right.’

He really did feel something strong for me. "Okay, okay I'm done being the cry baby. Where's the last one" I wiped my face again. "Oh you probably would cry for the final one." He joked. I glared at him "You got jokes huh?" I opened the final box and saw red bottoms. "What?! Femi!!!" I exclaimed. "Yeas baby" he said with a smug tone. The shoes were red bottom court shoes. One of the most common and most expensive Christian Louboutons around. He just went out and spent almost 10 million for me.

Despite her initial shock, she couldn't help but feel a sense of envy and longing wash over her, wishing that it could all be hers. As Isabella continued to explore the walk-in closet, she couldn't believe her eyes when she saw the collection of shoes. There were shelves upon shelves of high heels, flats, boots, and sandals, each pair more beautiful than the last. Isabella let out a gasp when she saw a pair of red-soled Louboutins, her dream shoes, sitting on a pedestal in the center of the room. She felt a sudden rush of desire to slip her feet into those shoes and strut around in them, feeling powerful and glamorous.

She knew that her friend was referring to Mhariel and Dino. Sheena also lends her red high-heeled shoes. Fortunately, she enjoys acquiring high heels even when she doesn't wear them. Only when she wants to practice walking with it at home does she want to wear it. Because of that, she won't have any trouble walking in the shoes she lent her. She saw that her hair appeared to be a combination of red and orange in hue. She looks more like a city girl now than she did when she lived in the country. "I'm done now! Your date will undoubtedly be pleased with it. While we wait for the time, you remain seated. I will first call him."

In her hands, she held a small thermal bag. “Are you sure you didn’t get acid on your foot? I have to insist we wash it with water, just in case.” Then, looking at the discoloration on Red’s shoes, she said, “I do hope shoe polish can fix that.” “Those shoes, my dear, are from Milan while the pants are from Paris,” said the woman in a clear voice. “You don’t ‘fix’ those shoes with shoe polish nor could you buy those pants with your salary.”

She could hear the sound of her heart beating loudly in her chest and her own harsh breathing. Afterwards, they lay together, basking in the afterglow of their lovemaking before sleep overcame them and they fell asleep in each other's arms. That night, Merlin’s dreams were plagued with visions of red, unblinking eyes staring at her through the darkness of unfamiliar woods at night. She could hear the sound of her heart beating loudly in her chest and her own harsh breathing before she jolted awake, bathed in sweat and realized that it was already morning. *****************************
