Drop-Dead in Love

Drop-Dead in Love

She quickly flung the papers aside without checking them, peeking inside the box to see what was left inside it. It was a slim, old-fashioned key made of gold. "Oh my God," Kat spluttered. "Huh?" Calix opened his eyes and found her holding up a key. He quickly sat up, his legs swinging around and knocking over some of the objects sitting atop the boxes. "A clue! That has to be a clue!" "Shh, you sound like Blue's Clues," she told him, but her heart was starting to hammer with anticipation. She was pretty sure she'd never seen a key like this her entire life. It was pretty grimy, but it still had that enigmatic feel to it.

Sold to My Enemy Alpha

Sold to My Enemy Alpha

His eyes remain fixed on me. "The child isn't simply your heir." He pauses. "It's the key to everything." My blood runs cold. Kael's hand tightens around mine. Marcus raises his sword. "And I'm going to take it." My wolf rises. Gold floods my vision. "Try." The forest erupts into chaos.

The Alpha's Hardest Game

The Alpha's Hardest Game

The same invisible, impenetrable kinetic shield he had encountered in the baseline vault pushed back against his palm, neutral, absolute, and completely unyielding to his High Alpha strength. He lowered his hand, turning his golden gaze to Avery. "It won't open for strength, command, or force." "No," Avery agreed softly. She stepped forward, standing directly before the center of the emblem. "It only answers to a key it recognizes." She raised her right hand. Slowly, deliberately, she removed her leather glove, exposing her bare palm to the damp, warm air of the valley. She took a deep breath, her amber eyes locking onto the liquid silver seal. Without hesitation, Avery pressed her bare hand

Night of the Rogues: Trapped with the Enemy

Night of the Rogues: Trapped with the Enemy

“Then you take a weapon! Make sure you can defend yourself if needed!” “I’m going to,” revealing from my other pocket the tiny silver blade Declan had given me before leaving. It had been confiscated from Viktor, edged with silver and intricately carved; it was a small and lethal blade. Easily concealed, Declan had made me promise to keep it on me. Then I painstakingly twisted one small black key with six notches out of the metal loop.

I love Alle books because they are such a unique spin on the shifter world. The settings and characters she creates are like no other! This goes for her non-shifter books as well, I start and cannot put it down! Bravo to a brilliant author!
Ice
Emotional, action-packed, spicy, frustrating, funny! I love that Alle’s stories are not overly exaggerated perfectly happy outcome for every character, but always very logical and satisfying ending. On to the next Alle book!

The Werewolf's Assistant

The Werewolf's Assistant

He motioned to the door behind me as I offered a saccharine smile. "Don't go anywhere." He scoffed as I moved to the direction of the room I took my final breaths in. I ignored the claustrophobia as I remained on a mission. Trying to think of where a key may be, I began searching high and low, under and over, before coming to a set of swords crossed behind a shield. If I were to guess, they appeared to be made of silver. It would be painful for a wolf to find and take the key, but not a human. I reached behind and found a heavy piece of metal that once lifted to view had proved my theory. With a wild smile, I returned to him with it hanging off of my middle finger.

An Act of Vengeance

An Act of Vengeance

“This damn thing’s bolted shut! And the lock isn’t something that can be just forced or shot opened!” Lock? Yuri blinked as she turned her head skywards only to spy the lock that Kanzaki had used to bolt shut the trapdoor before her memory kicked in just then. “Tohya! Sunny! Selina! Get the key!” “What key?” Tohya shouted back through the bars. “The key that Kanzaki used to lock the trapdoor!” Yuri shouted back whilst trying to keep her head above the water to prevent drowning. “It should be somewhere on his person! It’s a golden one with silver designs on it!”

The Alpha’s Genius Dud

The Alpha’s Genius Dud

You can't bite a shadow! Faith looked at the silver key. It was humming again. She realized the key wasn't just a piece of metal. It was a remote. “Leo! If I can't hit them, can the machine?” Faith asked. “The Stabilizer!” Leo realized. If you can trigger a high-frequency burst, it will blow the gray mist right out of them! “How?” “There's a button on the side of the key's head! Press it and hold it against the moonstone necklace Killian gave you!”

THE ALPHA'S HIDDEN HEIRS

THE ALPHA'S HIDDEN HEIRS

The hum of the Gate vibrated through the floor beneath him, a constant reminder that time was no longer on their side. Lucas kneeled and examined the crystal key he had taken from Kyle’s cloak. It was smooth, carved with intricate symbols that pulsed faintly when held. One of three. One step closer to dismantling the wards that protected Vincent’s private chambers. The final confrontation was no longer a distant idea—it was tangible, inevitable.

Claimed By The Ruthless Alpha

Claimed By The Ruthless Alpha

I walked over calmly. "Enough. You’ve proven your strength. But now, you will give me what I need. The key." He shook his head. "You’re reckless. You’ll doom us all." "The Spirit World holds answers and energy that I must reclaim. The war ahead needs it. I need it." He looked into my eyes—perhaps seeing the conviction there—and slowly, painfully, handed me a glowing silver key. "Use it wisely, Azanlin." "I will." The moment the key touched my hand, the lake began to churn. A golden bridge rose from its center, shining with ancient runes. I stepped onto it, feeling the pulse of every realm beneath my feet.

His Untouchable Omega

His Untouchable Omega

My wings snapped open, not gold, not black, but a deep, bloody crimson that glowed against the eternal dark of the void. I was flying in space. "Give him back!" I projected my thoughts with a surge of red power. The force of my will hit the Master like a physical blow. The silver smoke-man turned his massive head. His eyes were two swirling vortexes of violet light. "He is the Key, Lyra. He does not belong to a mortal mother. He belongs to the Gate." "He belongs to me!"
