I cried out but there was no reply as an unseen forced pulled at me, forcing me to crumble to the floor. “What is happening to me” I quivered as pain laced my body and my vision blurred. I held on to the grasses as the world started to spin. “Am I transforming?” My answered were granted as my bones began to snap, pulling an ear curdling scream from my lips as my bones began to transform while my body morphed into a new shape. There was a small puddle of water a few feet from where I was so I etched towards it with unstable legs.

He turned his head, giving me a commanding look that silenced my protests. Seeking solace, I turned my gaze towards the French doors, observing the vibrant colors of the dawning day.
