I say, holding him tight. "No, Makenna. It's not ok." Kieran says, looking at me. Makenna is the nickname the twins gave me back when we were kids. They had difficulties saying my full name Sienna Makayla, so they would call me Makenna instead. It was a fun version of both the names, so I never minded.

she said. “For the last time, my name isn’t purple hair. Call me Subaru, okay? It's really annoying when people call me that.” Mika began to tap her pockets as if searching for something and came up with a long, handmade necklace. Handing it to me, she said, “Big Bro Subaru, please keep this necklace. It’s a good luck charm. You will not get hurt.”

I just stared at her for a moment before standing up and walking away. This girl won’t stop bothering me. She keeps saying the same things over and over again. When will she leave me alone?

“I hope you can knock some sense into Tyra.” Rica deadpans. “Mika.” “Mika,” she innocently echoed. “You know, I just remembered,” Rica blurts out, suddenly shifting in her seat to turn to her. “You kept forgetting my name too until we were fifteen!” Her gaze was accusatory, but there was a ghost of a smile on her face. Though barely visible because of the mask. “My name was Frederica, but you kept calling me Felisia, or whatever!” Rica said, laughing, and Anna wanted to laugh, too, but a flash of a scene in her mind caught her off-guard. Her smile froze as a shooting pain shook her entire brain.

I have to enjoy it. Mia, is the affectionate nickname of Mom and Dad. A final semester student at a campus who does not need to be named, this campus is only famous among officials and successful people. Yes, this campus is only for selected people, thousands of people who register only a few hundred people who managed to get student status like me.

I scoffed and started walking again. “That’s what I thought,” Bryanna gloated. “You are so out of her league. People like us don’t lower ourselves to people like Isabella Aventini.” Bryanna, you are not even worth Isabella’s pinky finger, you bitch, I thought to myself. We walked for about 10 minutes more. “Why do you call her MC?” I asked, curiously. “Oh,” Bryanna laughed. “That was her nickname in girls’ prep school. Moo Cow or MC. She really needs to lose 30 pounds.” Bryanna snickered.

I scrunched my face together at his words. "You know you are a bit annoying, Mika" I says. "You tell me that all the time, I think annoying should be added to my name, probably as a nickname the way your Luna bears stubborn as her nickname" Mika sniggered as he says. I rolled my eyes at him before puffing in smokes from the cigarette again. "Oh! Here she comes, our lovely Luna. Our lovely queen Luna, all hail the stubborn..." Mika was still saying in a mocking tone when I turn to glare at him. He kept quite immediately.

He even dared to threaten her? Mika scoffed. This was unbelievable! “ Everything.. Everything is happening because of that.. that bitch! This is all your fault Haven!” She screamed once more, pulling another chunk of her hair. Haven! Haven!! Haven!!! That was the only name Mika always heard while growing up. Haven was everyone's favorite. Every member of this stupid pack loved and doted on her. Mika didn’t even know what was so special about her. Was it because she was an Alpha's daughter? Was it because she was beautiful or was it because she was strong? What was freaking special about her?
