she asked in an accusatory tone. “No!” Mika shouted defensively. “I’m just as surprised as all of you.” “Mika, no one knows real estate or construction around here like you do,” Rachel stated. “I swear. I stared at the message for two seconds before replying with a simple okay. A second later, another message popped up from him. “Did you and Michael fight or something lately?” What the hell? I frowned at the screen, completely confused about what he meant. Sky immediately followed up with a dog-face meme. “Michael said you seem kinda mad lately. I told him there’s no way someone as tiny as you could stay angry for long. You’re not his girlfriend.” I knew Sky was messing with me again. Since he couldn’t see my expression, I rolled my eyes at my phone.

Feeling that my mom and Mike might find that a bit unusual, I went back to my bed and continued rolling all over like a little girl. I sat upright when I heard the door open, Mike's head poked in with a look that screamed confusion. “What's happening babe? You mom and I heard you laughing, did something good happen?” He came into the room, looking around like it was his first time inside there. “I just saw a funny meme online, it's nothing serious.” The smile I was trying hard to hide, did not waste anytime in hiding itself once Mike's entire body frame was in sight. He sat down on the bed and out of reflex, I shifted away from him slightly. “Can I see it too?”

Garrick's POV I hung up the phone then laughed, my hands slapping together as I threw my head back. "Finally that little fucker's dead! Man it feels so good to know that little chin length haired shit is finally dead." I said. "So how are we going to handle Mike?" Scott asked me after he was done laughing. "Oh fuck that little weasel! He's so puny I could flick him over with my finger. I'm not worried about him in the least bit!

Scott replied. Mike started the car and drove off. ******************** A few days later, it was a beautiful Saturday at Scott’s mansion. He was in the gym room in his mansion doing some exercise, when Mike walked into the room with one of Scott’s phones in his hand. He ambled over to where Scott was busy doing squats with a barbell on his shoulders. “Sir, you have a missed call,” Mike said as he stared at him. “OK,” Scott mumbled under his breath as he dropped the barbell and collected his phone from Mike’s hand.

After changing back into her regular clothes, Scarlett scoured the internet for memes that were funny or relevant enough to share on her social media. It was a full-time job, taking up more of her time than homework, but somebody had to drudge through the sea of endless posts to pick out the gems. There were a lot of memes about men, due to the trending hashtag #notallmen. Scarlett steered clear, careful not to take a stance one way or another. She couldn't deal with people arguing on her posts. The only valid response was a laughter emoji.

Not that Rayan thought Scott was unattractive, but still, the more you know about what you're getting into. There wasn't much there. A few pictures, some articles about birth control and fertility, a few video game memes, and... okay, this definitely qualifies as hot... It was a picture from Christmas with the caption: "My folks know me so well! Check out my new Minecraft pants!" And under that, there he was, in a pair of pajama bottoms printed all over with pixelated dynamite, dopey grin on his face... without a shirt, flexing. It was dorky, and adorable, and, and... Damn. Ripped wasn't the right word, but "solid" fit pretty well. Rayan knew Scott didn't have more than an inch or two on him

“Yeah. Is that weird? I just… I’d really like a photo of us. It’d make me feel closer to you. Like… I’d always have a piece of you with me. I’d never forget you. Ever.” Michael let out a short scoff, shaking his head, his thoughts growing sharper. ‘So he remembers all forty-four of them, huh? Must have a damn good memory,’ he thought, sarcasm biting beneath the surface. His lips curled into a smirk. “Cool,” he finally said. “Let’s meet up. I’d love to take pictures with you.”

Looked like she was enjoying her girl’s day out with Maila and Vaire. And thanks to the Moon Goddess, she’s sober. Scott slides into the chair next to Ciara and smiles at Maila. “I’m not the party crusher.” “Then you’re the stripper,” joked Vaire. It took a split second before Maila burst out laughing until she coughed. “Okay, that’s funny but inappropriate,” Scott muttered. He leaned back against the back of the chair, crossed his arms, then turned and smiled at his girlfriend. “All good?” he asked.

Hayden turned pressed his fingers to his lips, sushing us furiously again before turning back to whatever he was looking at so intently. I raised an eyebrow at Scott, who simply shrugged and walked over to the kitchen, where he rummaged through the cupboards. His eyes landed on a pack of chips, and he pulled them out with a triumphant grin. I gave him a dirty look. “Hey, we’re eating clean this month.” I scolded. Scott groaned. “Mia, I can eat kale and chips and not get diabetes, you know.” I walked up to him and grabbed the chips from his grasp. “Yeah but you had an entire six pack of beers yesterday so no chips for you, Mister.”
