She looked up at him in shock as he got down on one knee. "I know we haven't known each other for long and I certainly don't deserve it, but I want nothing more than to spend the rest of eternity with you." June felt tears well up in her eyes as she rose a shaking hand to her mouth. "June Summerfield, will you marry me and be my queen?"

Chapter 7 “You know that I don’t have the plague right?” He said. His voice was beginning to sound better. Phew, the sooner he was fine, the sooner I get to leave her and go back to my house. My mom would be upset if I missed my curfew and she wouldn’t let me go for any party again, which was of course the plan. Selena can’t keep ordering me to any coven activities they might have. As fun as it was, I’ll rather stay indoors with PJs, socked feet and a comic book than go out into the open world.

I replied with a roll of my eyes. Alpha Cadell held a ball in his very fancy, and extremely huge, mansion. He said it was a celebration for his arrival at the new town. I was sure it wasn't only that. "Just keep your manners. We will be in and out before you even know it." Morgana stressed, and nodded her head at some woman with a winged face mask. Did I mention that this is a masquerade? We live in Midwick, Virginia. A very small and very beautiful town, which one would feel was built right in the middle of the woods.

“Listen up, I am Fenrir, Alcinder’s wolf speaking. I will not spare anyone who tries or even thinks of threatening my position as the incoming Prime Alpha of Alparo. We have a mate. There will be no discussion again of a new Alpha.” “Alcinder, why didn't you say that you had a wolf and a mate? When did this happen? I am so happy.” Luna got up to hug Alcinder but she stopped him and walked out of the room. Alcinder went to the Kitchen to get dinner. As he opened the fridge to get some apples, he received a message that everyone in the park was to assemble at the Auditorium immediately, it was a matter of great urgency.

"Thank you for helping me" "My pleasure. You know if you..". Mark seems hesitant for a moment. "My coven will get together for midsummer sabbath. You are welcome to join us. Then you could see Wiccan practised". "I don't think we have any plans, but we usually go watch the bonfires down by the lake, it's a tradition". I say. "You are thinking of St. John's eve sweetie". Mark says smiling. "Summer solstice is on the twenty first. St. John's eve on the twenty fourth with bonfires the night before".

“Daisie will be due in a few months, and now Cameron is pregnant too. It’s double the joy.” Colton fed baby food to Charm. “Waylon’s wedding will be next month. What about ours?” She paused. “Ours?” “Are you going to make me wait till after you graduate?” Colton didn’t sound happy. “You’re not giving me a chance.” Freyja smiled. “Sure. If you’re in a hurry, let’s wait till summer solstice.” He paused and looked up. “Really?”

Lucas The fireworks light up the night sky, painting it in streaks of red, gold, and blue. Aria stares up, her face glowing like she’s just been kissed by the gods themselves. “This is so beautiful,” she whispers, her voice soft and awestruck. “We’re officially in 2025. I can’t fucking believe this.”

"Are you okay? Like for real, okay?" Aiden nodded, sucking in a breath of salty air and releasing it with a sigh. "I think so. Or at least, I will be. You've given me a lot to think about. Thanks for symbolically smacking me upside the head." Jessie gave her a half smirk at that, then looped her arm through Aiden's once more. "Anytime, Bestie."
