“That monster’s gonna rip me apart.” He scoffed, annoyed, but grabbed a bottle of lube from the nightstand and tossed it at me. “Prep your slutty hole. Lily asked curiously, and Mila flinched a little. “Can you give me a warning before you speak? Heavens! I thought you were asleep.” Mila uttered in a soft tone and moved away from her wardrobe. “She is going to work. She works in a club, as a stripper.” Mila added. “For real? It's obvious!” Lillian found herself voicing out. “What's obvious?” Mila inquired in an arched brow. “She is always acting catty. You need to see the face she held when she welcomed me earlier.” Lillian muttered and Mila chuckled.

Author's Pov Mila paced around the room, her heels clacking furiously against the floor. Jenna was staring at her, and not saying a word like usual. “That bitch! That crazy bitch!” Mila muttered, biting her nails, “How dare she do this to me? How dare she?!” “Mistress, your sister…”

Then muttering something under her breath, she walked around the room seven times. “What is that?” Arthur asked, once she came back and had a sip of water. The food tray also brought them a jug of water. “Fortifications against your dark power,” Mila informed carelessly. “I would like to sleep peacefully and not worry about someone killing you during the night.” “Just me…?” Arthur asked with raised eyebrows. “I don’t care about me…” Mila smiled. “And about that lying,” she heaved a sigh, “I have read a lot of books Arthur, a lot of books. Love stories have always been my favourites. And I am sure, quite sure, that I don’t like you.”

CHAPTER ONE 15th May 2021 MILA'S POV I stood in front of the chapel in which MacCarter was about to be wed. She was a loyal slave to Aunt Claire, always at her beck and call, doing the dirty work for her and of course sharing gossips.
