Wolfbane

All things I'd have been perfectly content never knowing. Once the strangers were completely mutilated beyond recognition, they were finally begging for death. Blake smiled more widely than I'd ever seen as he leaned closer to them, appearing almost euphoric in their misery. They confessed that they were from the Silver Moon Pack in Maine. They had formed an alliance as a promise for reinforcement in their own ongoing disputes. Luckily, Silver Moon Pack was a smaller pack and not a true threat to us. However, it wasn’t clear how many other packs may be forming alliances with the Bois Sombre Pack—it was likely they were not the only one.

Erondale

Erondale

I start looking over at Mason, “is in a temporary coma due to the pain of betrayal. She just turned eighteen. I have no memory of anything after ten and I left your friend at your hotel.” “I’m so sorry.” The girl apologizes again. “Sabrina! Stop apologizing. I’m supposed to be having fun.” Miranda snaps. I hear Mason whisper Sabrina like it’s the first time that he heard his mate’s name. She shudders with excitement as he whispers it. Normally, I would be excited but right now I am furious. I reach to grab Miranda but she blasts me with a bit of magic that lands me flat on my bottom. I glance up at her.

Kaden

Kaden

The four of us stand up when five extremely large men walk in. “I am Kaden, and this is my cousin Alek. These two here are Brent and Lance.” I say. “Hey, I am Curtis, and this is Venom,” Curtis says. “I am Quade, and this is Zion. I am assuming you know Chaos.” Quade states.

The Alpha King's Forbidden Mate

The Alpha King's Forbidden Mate

The Gate’s illusion shuddered, and Darian’s smirk faltered. “You’ve grown,” he murmured. “No,” Serena replied. “I remembered who I was.” Outside, in the physical realm, the real Spire trembled. Mira flung a bolt of wind at the enemy’s front line, the force sending two of the obsidian beasts crashing into the stone wall. But more climbed over the ridge, clawed limbs raking against the rocks. “We can’t hold forever!” Kael roared, hammering his axe into one of the creatures' chests. “Where the hell is Caine?”

Saga said and went upstairs as Kiran smiled and looked down at this phone. “Your mother’s on her way,” Kiran said and seconds later I heard her car in the garage. Great. Adara walked into the house and glared at me as Kiran picked up the newspaper and hid behind it. “Kai Gabriel Sinclair!” Kiran chuckled and Adara turned toward him. “I see you, Kiran! This isn’t funny anymore! Bubble wrap and confetti? And you put his house on sale and the superglue?” Her anger rolled off her in waves and Kiran nudged his head in the direction of the stairs. I grabbed my bag and walked up the stairs just as they started talking again.

My Brother My Mate

My Brother My Mate

The fear. They knew what was coming. Outside, the sun was all bright and cheerful, like it didn’t have a clue. Birds chirping, warm breeze. Felt wrong, somehow, with a battle just five days away. “Where you guys training?” Dane asked as we walked. “That clearing by the waterfall. Elder Miriam says the goddess power’s strongest there. Where Mom did the separation ritual.” I glanced at him. “Makes sense if that’s where Viktor’s gonna hit.” “I hate you being that exposed.”

Mated to the Apex Three

Mated to the Apex Three

Just survive the intermission. Beside me, a tiny, frail servant girl named Lira was down on her hands and knees, frantically scrubbing a patch of blood-slicked dirt off Lady Morrigan’s spare moon-steel shin-guards. She couldn't have been more than fourteen years old, a rankless orphan taken from the outer boundary camps, her small frame so gaunt her ribs showed through her thin grey wool dress. Her hands shook violently as she wiped the metal, her wide brown eyes darting toward the upper stands in absolute terror every time the crowd stomped their boots.

Magdalena

Magdalena

When she arrived home, silence greeted her. There was nobody in the living room. “Sara, I’m home, darling.” She called out softly, but no one answered. Neither her mother nor Vahe and Sona were anywhere nearby. Something about it felt strange. Once she was sure there was no one in the house, Magdalena went to Aunt Tamia’s hut. Tamia was there, but she was crying, and her face was scratched. “Magdalena, you’re back, darling... Thank God you came back. Maybe you can still find...”
