SHATTERED BY CHOICE

SHATTERED BY CHOICE

I asked. "Because Mirabel told me." Sylvia's voice was flat. "Two years ago, she came to see me. I was living in Seattle at the time. She showed up at my apartment and said she needed to tell me something that had been eating at her. She was drunk. She was crying. And she confessed everything." Evelyn made a small sound. "She told you and you didn't say anything?"

Reclaiming Her Love

Reclaiming Her Love

“It’s almost poetic, isn’t it? Sylvia’s own ambition being the thing that ruins her.” I smiled faintly. “Poetic justice.” Miranda raised her glass one last time. “To Sylvia, may her fall be as brilliant as her rise.” We all clinked our glasses again, the sound crisp and cold. I leaned back, letting the wine roll over my tongue, and thought about Sylvia, her perfect smiles, her calm voice, her steady hands. She had no idea what was coming. And that was the best part.

Echoes of a Misjudged Life

Echoes of a Misjudged Life

Gemma stood a short distance away, rain running down her face. I had never seen her look so broken. She held a dagger in one hand. She said, "Miles, I'm sorry. To you, to Zack, and to Grandma. I had someone send her home. I didn’t do anything to her. I know she’s family. Miles, I don’t expect you to ever forgive me in this life. If there is a next life, I hope I can make it up to you." Then, she drove the dagger into her heart.

The Heartless Alpha’s Beloved Luna

The Heartless Alpha’s Beloved Luna

It was old, the frame tarnished silver worked into a pattern of vines, the glass itself dark, like looking into a pool of standing water rather than a mirror. My reflection didn’t show up in it the way it should have. I turned it over in my hands, then carried it over to where Melissa was sleeping. “Melissa.” I touched her shoulder. “Wake up. I think I found something.” Her eyes opened, blinking blearily, and then sharpened the second they landed on the mirror in my hands. She sat up straighter.

Oh, no 1 star reviews are allowed? It started nicely, author can write, but this book just endlessly drags a cycle of abuse and humiliation of the FL. The alpha is mentally deficient and disgusting. He just falls for his mistress’ tricks and mistreats the FL, who becomes stupid and spineless herself
Mimi
The story is awesome but can you not drag it anymore? Moreover... i personally feel like the female lead is dumb.. the way the plot moves .. it makes the female lead dumbest.. please don't drag this anymore.. it feels like watching a mega serial where there is no plot and still the director drags it

Moonbound

Moonbound

The dream began in silence. No sound, no breath, just a slow turn of air that shimmered like glass. Evelyn stood barefoot in a hall of mirrors, each pane showing a version of herself—one asleep, one burning, one staring back with silver in her eyes. Somewhere far off, a door closed. She moved closer to the nearest reflection. Her mirrored self smiled. You’re late, it mouthed. The glass rippled, and her hand passed through it.

SILVER PACT

SILVER PACT

And a voice emerged not spoken, not thought, but placed directly into her memory. “What do you offer?” “My name,” she whispered. The mirror pulsed. Rejected. “You have already given that.” Siran stepped forward. “I offer… the silence I chose when I could have spoken.” This time, the mirror did not reject her. Instead, it opened inward revealing a spiral corridor of memory, glowing in bands of soft gold and grey. From within, a shape stirred. Not Lereth. Not Mira. Not Ari or Kaima. Something new. Something becoming.

The Last White Wolf & Her Chosen Kings

The Last White Wolf & Her Chosen Kings

Some. When the next clearing opened before us, I knew this was it. Another test. At the center of the space stood a giant silver mirror. Tall. Ornate. Covered in a frame of tangled vines and thorny roses. My heart lurched at the sight of it. A plaque below it shimmered with glowing script... "True empathy lies not in kindness, but in comprehension. See the soul behind the sin. Then choose." Before I could even process that, the mirror’s surface rippled… and Saria Bloodmark’s face appeared.

The Bride I Used to Be

The Bride I Used to Be

The house seemed to hold its breath as she moved through the room, her footsteps muffled against the old floorboards. The mirror stood at the center, its frame dark and ornate, gleaming in the dim light. She had seen this mirror before, had felt its presence in her dreams, in the whispers of the house. This mirror was not just a reflection; it was a doorway. A doorway to the past, to the lives that had been lived in this house, to the women who had been trapped in its walls.

Cold As My Heart

Cold As My Heart

She looked back one last time at Syra. Saw the bruise on her throat, the blood at her temple. The girl who was never supposed to survive her own programming and chose to anyway. Sera touched the glyph. And whispered: “I choose to end the question.” She clenched her fist. The glyph shattered. The mirror fractured not violently. Gently. Like a world exhaling. Like something that had waited a long time to die… finally being allowed to. Mira didn’t scream. She smiled. Then she began to dissolve piece by piece, into light.

WHERE LIGHT MEETS DARK

WHERE LIGHT MEETS DARK

"Not your grandmother. Not Vandaulf. Not the nurses. Just me." "You don't get to hold me for ransom because you arrived first," Lily snarled. The mirror shook. The light bulb overhead hummed, making a crackling noise like static. Vandaulf planted his hands on her shoulders. "You're not alone this time. Say it. Tell her you don't belong to her." "I am not yours," Lily whispered. "Loudenough," Vandaulf urged. "I am not yours!" The reflection screamed. And the mirror exploded.
