Nate said. Missy was looking down at her hands. Her emotions tingled in me, she wanted to leave. “So how about that tour huh? Nate and I will be around if you need us. Missy is that okay,” I asked. She looked up and briefly nodded. “Tyra will you give us a minute,” Nate said, seeing her face. Miss Perfect Luna was oblivious to it and threw up her hands before leaving. Nate and I quickly moved and squatted next to our sweet girl.

I braved closing the space between us again, gently placing my hands on her shoulders. “Missy? “I’m fine. I know he was lying. Well….Yeah. I know he was. I pulled my light coat tighter around my shoulders against the evening breeze. "Celebrate exactly what, Missy? Surviving a massive financial audit without completely dying of exhaustion?" "No," Missy actively laughed, completely rolling her eyes at my entirely cynical response.
