Em looked at Mickey as she spoke. “Helll to the yeahhh!” Mickey shouted. She jumped out the of the car then turned and looked at the girls. “Y’all comin or what?” An hour later the friends emerged from the tattoo place, Em sporting a bandage on her rib cage right under her previous tattoo, and another one on her wrist… which matched the ones on her three best friends. They’d all decided to get matching ones. Nothing big.. just a little Roman number IV. Symbolizing the four of them and how much they meant to each other. And then the one on Em’s rib cage, under her hummingbird which read: ‘Made to Endure’.

He shifted so that she could look at his back. Sybil reached up and touched the design that looked like a deep black tattoo between his shoulder blades. It was a circle like the others she saw. The interior crossing designs that came to the edge and from what she’d been told all held meaning. It was a mark of their bond, their souls and a blessing of the moon goddess. She noticed that some of the lines spilled outside the circle unlike others she saw. Small little curls that reminded her of ivy stems. It was beautiful to her. Aries suppressed a shiver as her hands touched him. One moving over the design and it immediately made his body jump. He looked at her over his shoulder. “I wish to see

As he moved towards the walkway to get the door, his sleeve pulled him back unexpectedly , revealing a glimpse of something tattooed on his left arm: a dark, uncommon strange symbol that looked vaguely Celtic, and utterly unsettling and weird. What is that,What does it mean and what am i putting myself into?

“Do you know what that tattoo actually means?” I shake my head. “The chains are proof that I’m property. The fox means I have one purpose, and one alone. To make a living for the Bratva on my back until the day I die.” Property? My heart leaps to my throat. Did she just say property? “That’s terrible!” Her lips form a smile. In the dark, it looks more like a snarl.

"Ooh thanks, Miss Kierra" "Does it have a meaning" "Not really, it's just a fancy tattoo. When I went to a tattoo shop I picked it because I liked the simplicity. It reminds me of our god the Moon Goddess" "That's lovely. A crown on a moon. It's a nice one. I can see that you are really faithful to her to even get a tattoo that reminds you of her " I said " Yeah I am" "I'll go back to the house to get prepared, I'll be waiting for you"

Douglas vowed. “I am counting on your words. Make sure you keep them!” Douglas nod his head at me and touch the tattoo on his shoulder. The tattoo which is the drawing of an axe with a small handle and letters XXX written under it is a sign that represents our Mafia organization. Every member and worker of our Mafia has the tattoo on either their right hand arm or the back of their neck or on the upper part of their back for those that don’t want the tattoo to be seen. By touching the tattoo, Douglas pledges his loyalty to the organization.

he asked. “My name is Lil—” I glimpsed a tattoo right above his sleeve line, “This is going to sound weird, but— Is it ok if I touch you?” I nervously asked him. “Yea, sure... I guess that's fine,” he mumbled. Slowly I shifted his t-shirt sleeve, revealing the rest of the tattoo to me. It was a tattoo of a crescent moon, with what seems to be a hidden message or an ancient language written on the inside of it. I swiftly pulled away in fear, because I recognized this strange symbol, I have dreamt of this crescent, night after night as a child watching over my dreams in a third person's perspective.

His head was as dark as the background it intruded, and held a sheen that almost made it look bald, with its eyes holding the same color but with a fiercer tinge, and a gaze that could slice steel. He ooked like a monster, and yet he wasn't. The person was a man like him. The man raised up a stool and set it down, then sat on its edge, leaning forward and smiling. His right arm was bare and held a strange series of tattoes that creased as the muscles flexed and made the drawings resemble an engraved artwork. The man in ropes squinted more in fear than curiosity, as he saw words written on his captors arm in black, swirling ink. It read boldy: “Kill the lesser ones”

He remained still and often engaged in a small chat with me to show that he was all right for I was a bit agitated as I scanned the way his skin bruised and bled. When she wipes away the excess drops of his blood in completion I examine the tattoo over his red puffed skin. It consists of a total of four elements beginning with a wide circle and inside the circle are two equally beautiful but distinct flowers and one crown. Perhaps from an outsider's view, it would seem like a feminine design one that females would prefer and definitely not Phobos. But he said there was a meaning behind it and I am utterly interested. "Thank you. I shall return in a few days to get the rest finished."

He closed his eyes, his jaw slackening as I scrubbed his scalp. A comfortable silence soon settled between us. As I leaned forward to rinse the shampoo from his hair, my eyes caught the tattoo inked across his back and upper arm. The design was bold against his skin, curling like claws and wings. Black flames wrapped around a serpent swallowing its own tail. "What does it mean?" I asked, my fingers lightly brushing the ink. He didn't answer at first. "It's a symbol of resurrection. Power earned through suffering." I traced the outer edge. "You got it before or after everything?"
