Modern Day God 소설 & 이야기

Greyson mutters, George nods, “Do we know anything about what this God is the God of?” He looks at Chick, who seems thoughtful, “I know they’re a Shifter God, but I’m not sure which one. There are a few, and most people don’t refer to any of the Gods by name. The Goddess that I’m in contact with probably knows, but doesn’t want to tell me, she’s also a Shifter God. It’s all very confusing with the various pantheons.” Chick rolls their hand, “I’m sorry I can’t give you more, but maybe you’ll get more out of the Goddess than I did.” Celine nods and looks back at the figure.

The Dark God’s response silenced all the ancient gods who heard it; although the Goddess of Charm is undeniably powerful, in terms of seniority and strength, the Dark God ranks among the mightiest. There are also the God of War, the God of Spears, and the Wind God, who stand on equal footing with him, but they rarely make an appearance, feeling no need to show themselves in the realm of the gods unless absolutely necessary. Unlike the Dark God, who was considered free and unrestrained, he preferred to do whatever he wanted rather than be trapped by the ancient customs of the ancient gods themselves.

She adjusted her expression slightly, smiling as she said, "Everyone is being too kind. I merely did what I could. To earn Mr. Jonathan's acknowledgment is truly overwhelming." "But compared to the achievements of 'God', the founder of the 'Azure Star Foundation,' my little accomplishment is insignificant. If in this lifetime, I could meet this 'God', then tonight would be truly fulfilling." As the words settled, heads nodded throughout the crowd. "Indeed," someone murmured, "God is truly mysterious, wielding such immense wealth and magnanimity. Surely, not your average person, right?" "That's why they call him God, a figure akin to a deity. But for so many years, God has never shown up. Ton

We’ve got demi-god friends, a goddess who gave birth to a werewolf after a throuple with a human and a goat-man, and that’s where you draw the line? Fair point. Gregory sighs. Still... why is he the big bad? Isn’t Christianity one of the newer religions? Yeah, but it’s also the most widespread. Belief = power when it comes to gods. So yeah—Lucifer’s the worst right now. Metaphysics later, Nathan snaps. What happened?

My Lord, I am deeply embarrassed to learn that Sir Owura Bismark is the god of the new planet. This country has made an unforgivable mistake. Leaders, I will forgive you since you have not heard the name of the world's savior. Jesus Christ of Nazareth is his name. I've returned to this secret castle conference room to introduce him to you once more. I respectfully propose that you accept him, and all your sins, iniquities, and transgressions will be forgiven.

It was the beginning of something new. I was no longer someone’s wife or shadow. I was the Godmother of the mafia families, Xavier’s mother, Kane’s beloved, and most importantly, I was myself. A year later, in a port city in Eustona, someone spotted a familiar figure. The man was ragged, limping on one leg. When he looked up, his face was covered in scars and humiliation. It was James. He saw me and instantly looked away in terror, ducking into the crowd like a rat scurrying across the street.

Future "The world is mad. We live in the 21st century, and we still believe in a macaroni God who supposedly sits in the sky and watches our every move, condemning the execution of the laws of the world created by himself. In earlier centuries, it was heard by all who could – charlatans, saints, prophets, and heroes of ancient myths. Now, which doesn't surprise me at all, it's being heard by psychiatric patients. What do you think is the difference between saints who hear the Supreme Father and psychiatric patients who hear the Supreme Father? - Sergey Petrovich, you know better, you are a psychiatrist with a lot of experience.

28 November 2013 In the story of creation, God has one thing in mind. He planned of customizing the world so that all the creatures thereon would be capable of receiving an abundance of grace and blessings. As a result, man was given the highest responsibility and privilege of all including, but not limited to, dominion over other life forms. The operative word is customization and that is how our modern lives could be characterized.

If I didn’t know better, I’d think they were father and son. “So he’s Mordecai's plaything,” I look up at my father. “What does this have to do with anything?” He snatches his phone from me. “It has everything to do with why your brother is still alive. Do I need to spell it out for you?” He doesn’t. It’s clear to me. “My man nearly lost his head getting these pictures,” father says with a heavy sigh. “Mordecai is not a man to be messed with.” Everyone in high society knows that. Mordecai Rhys, famously called Hades. He's the god of the underworld. Elusive, untouchable, and feared. Many influential people seek out his covering and protection, but it’s not something he so easily gives out.

THE heavens never spoke in whispers. They roared. Kael knelt at the edge of the celestial dais, his skin stripped of its golden glow, blackened now with the mark of divine betrayal. The air around him shimmered with judgment, each breath thick with the rancid stench of mortality. Above him, the gods loomed, their faces carved from the cold light of eternity. Their eyes held neither pity nor forgiveness—only a cruelty as infinite as the stars. “You, the god of storms, who once commanded the skies,” boomed the All-Father, his voice rattling the cosmos, “have desecrated the sacred laws. You dared to love what is beneath us. A mortal. A fleeting ember among our eternal flame.”
