Virus mematikan yang dikembangkan di Rowan -sebuah lembaga penelitian rahasia seperti NASA yang berjalan di bidang sains dan teknologi- telah tersebar dan menyebabkan pandemi! Tak ada penjelasan dari Rowan, tak ada yang tahu pasti apa yang terjadi sebenarnya di sana. Ranu Tirta, seorang dokter vaksinolog sekaligus anggota klan Middle East, -gangster mafia terbesar di benua timur- di minta membuat sebuah formula dari virus tersebut menjadi senjata biologis mematikan yang sangat menguntungkan jika dijual di pasar gelap. Di sisi lain, kematian Danik -perawat kesayangan Tirta- yang meninggal karena terinfeksi virus tersebut membuat amarahnya bergejolak. Terlebih saat mengetahui ada yang janggal dari kematian Danik. Lalu siapa sebenarnya gadis bermata bening yang datang sebagai suspect virus beberapa hari lalu? Gadis itu selalu menggelitik hati Tirta untuk terus mendekat hingga dia sulit lepas.
