I said, completely confused. “Voidhollows don’t attack continuously like that, unless they are drawn to you. Bloodline, power. You have that, I guess.” He told me. “I didn’t ask to be a monster magnet,” I muttered, rubbing my hands on my hoodie. Auren stepped closer, his presence was oddly comforting. Not like Lucian’s predatory one or Kael’s tensed one. Just calm and steady. “There is nothing bad about it. If you keep attracting them, it may be for a great cause. You just have to learn how to harness that power within you.”

His slightly hoarse voice pulled me from my thoughts. Alec walked ahead, dragging the suitcase as if he were just a stranger passing by. I touched the tip of my nose and mumbled, "Not too long, really." Liam studied me in silence. A faint crease formed between his brows, his lips pressed into a firm line. He looked… upset. Surely, he wasn’t actually mad that I had shown up unannounced? My heart sank. Just as I was about to explain, a suitcase came barreling past and slammed into me.

I arranged myself and then a few minutes later, there was a knock on the door. "Come on" I instructed and a man walked into the office dressed like an assassin. He had on black pants, a black shirt, and black boots. Was this the best way to dress up while coming to a company? Won't he be found out? "Boss" "Why the flying fuck are you dressed like a man sent to end someone?" I asked in anger. "Sorry boss" I frowned and then beckoned for him to sit down. "What news do you have for me? Because you are not supposed to come to my company" I started

Her words slammed into me, shaking me to my core. My eyes lit up in shock, I couldn't get myself to say another word. The weight of what I heard left me speechless. Then she walked away, and slammed the door behind her, leaving me rooted to my spot in total bewilderment. What do I do? I dropped to my knees as tears rolled down my cheeks, all I heard were her last words that kept replaying in my head. 'A Monster' 'It's over! It's OVER!'

Monica gasped and looked at me with her wide eyes. All heads of the monster turned in our direction and growled at us. "Oh no!" Monica yelped and swung the bat in the air when the monster jumped. With our eyes closed, we waited for an attack to happen. I hugged Monica from the back and waited to feel the shredding pain on my skin, but there I felt nothing. Peeping with my right eye, I saw Mellon standing in front of us, making circles and hand signs in the air where a whooshing white smoke created a portal at the end of the hallway.

asked Jennifer as she was afraid that the monster would come back again. " Am fine, and I don't think he will come back again, since he was the one that let me go, now I can live a peaceful life " said Olivia with a smile on her face.

★★★★★ (FEW MINUTES LATER) We've done shopping for phones and we're at a park that's attached to the mall, but unfortunately I haven't been able to ride on any fun ride because someone wouldn't let me -you know who. "Let's ride on the rollercoaster" I said excitedly. Wymond raised his head and stared at it, he squinted his eyes when he saw pups and some adults screaming in excitement as they go up and down. But I guess he misunderstood their screams, he grabbed my hand and pulled me back, then snaked his arm around my waist. "You're not going on that thing" he told me. "Huh?" "It's dangerous" he said. "Dangerous?" I stared at him in disbelief. "Bae, I'm a werewolf and this is far from dangero

I cried. Wait! Was I talking to him or his statue? Did he hear me or I was wasting my time? "I think my mom is already done with the monster by now."I thought before summoning her in my room. "Artie. Anu? H.How did this happen to him? Who did this?"mother breathed the moment she appeared in the room. "His mom did this to him. I wonder how a mother would think of hurting her own child."I said sounding surprised.
