Her eyes held anxiousness, worries, fear, and her expressions let me conclude that she had never something like Miracle. The lady must have been a werewolf or something supernatural for she disappeared in an instant after that unwanted encounter. Unlike Emma's wolf Emmy, Miracle is a brown wolf with a brown, thick, bushy tail, and long ears with light chocolate inner skin. Miracle is a huge wolf. Emma didn’t believe it after she saw Miracle for the first time.

“Alpha command me, if you think I’m lying, Heath!” He threw me on the ground and paced. “I lost partners today because of one fucking shadow maw.” I rubbed my neck and looked up at Heath with tears stinging my eyes. “Heath, what is a shadow maw?” He looked at me, his body towering over me. “It’s a wolf that is much larger than ours. It doesn’t look like ours either. I went through our database looking for information until I found out what they were. Thalia is a shadow maw.”

I was sipping on my black coffee and I turned to see that she was done with Lea. “Any news?” I asked her. She was packing her stuff before she looked at me. “Just a mild concussion and possibly traumatic experience,” she said. I nodded at her as I know that feeling. I was traumatic when I first discovered that I can move water but my father has been kind enough to teach me the way of a MacWatters. “Thank you, Jen,” I said to her. She nodded before she went to my side. She gave me some medicine for Lea to take after she woke up.

Putting the dirty clothes in the laundry basket, she turned the shower on. Because of the excitement, she was ready in fifteen minutes. She sat in the living room, going through her F******k news feed. It was boring as usual. Most of her friends lived in the same old small town so she knew things before they were posted. There were lots of people posting about others and other annoying things. Marcus who'd moved to a big city and possibly become stupid had posted photos of him with two semi nude women in his arms.
