All of the graduating students go on a school field trip each semester. It is part of their curriculum to learn about and experience the outside world. The purpose of the trip was to learn while having fun. The university changes the location of the school trip every year. Last year, they went camping in the virgin forest to discover and research various wild animals and trees. The university had intended to send the students to the island this year so they could demonstrate their survival skills.
