Olivia hissed. “Shhhh… have you lost your mind?” Meredith said angrily. As they entered the house behind the monster, several pairs of eyes looked at them at once giving them away. The monster figured it out and turned to attack, leaving Jill on the floor next to the students abducted earlier but it was too late. He was at his weakest and the most vulnerable inside his hideout. Jill jumped up quickly and the three of them joined hands to cast the spell. Suddenly, the whole building was engulfed in flames. Victoria watched as the monster quickly melted away in flames. She saw both of her friends fall to ground before losing consciousness.

“That monster is a fucking loser.” They felt as if their consciousness was fading away. For the last time, they looked at the monster whose body got dented in so many places. Its teeth were broken too and one of its eye sockets was now empty. Fruto and Ponjie giggled. “Serves you right, ugly monster.” Ponjie whispered and added, “You were amazing, Fruto.” “I couldn’t have done it without you, Ponjie.” They grinned at each other and made a fist bump before slipping away from the rest of the world.

They did get an information too that there will be no S level or Sotiras heroes who would come on eliminating them, so they were unscrupulous at picking the humans all at once running for their life like ants. “Ha-ha. Eat! Tiny Little Humans!” one of the monsters weird voice sending shivers down to the running humans as they desperately run for their lives. Monsters laughter rang out as they also deliberately run their feet, shaking the ground that is stable a while ago when the monsters comparable to that of a mini giant just used their big feet to walk.

The group cautiously moved through the dimly lit corridors of the university, each step accompanied by the ominous sounds of their steps in the building. Luckily, it wasn't as loud as it is, or else they might have invited trouble. Suddenly, the atmosphere was shattered as a horde of mindless creatures on the second floor lost their footing and tumbled down the stairs, crashing right in front of the group. Hannah and Liam couldn't help but gasp, and their jaws dropped.

There were men and women, voices filled with anxiety and fear. Someone reached out to touch me. It wasn't Kael. It was a softer, warmer touch, checking my eyelids, my pulse.
