The two new friends now head to the east, where Dorin immediately found the steep roof of the old Victorian dormitory jutting from the tops of the trees. "It seems we've gone all the way around the campus," mused Dorin, "But I haven't seen the main building for the Magic Department yet." All I could hope for her to be happy and never come back to this place . I got up from the park bench . The early morning sun didn't help much with the cold either. I smiled at how terrified Belle was of giving her finals . She had clung on the phone call forever to find comfort .It felt good to know that the things that scared her were as simple as that. James laughed and told Micheal not to try it because, Monster is a vampire and he might killed Michael if he found out that zombies resist Micheal's blood, that will be the worst part because he want the world to continue like this. Monster chamber was the biggest house in the community, it has two entrance; the front and the back door. The building was silent and no reflection of any light can penetrate into the building because Monster is afraid of light, and also their is a big bathtub which Monster always soak himself into

Other students were poking their heads out of their rooms, looking confused and alarmed. More shouting. Then a scream. "Everyone stay in your rooms!" A voice bellowed from downstairs. Coach Sullivan. Camille and Yuna exchanged terrified looks. "Do you think it's the kitsune?" Camille breathed. Before Yuna could answer, footsteps thundered up the stairs. Andrew Phillips appeared, flanked by two other hunters, all of them armed with silver weapons. "Nobody leaves their rooms," Andrew ordered. "We're doing a sweep of the building." His eyes landed on Yuna, and for one horrible moment, she was certain he knew. Certain he could somehow see through her skin to the fox spirit underneath.

But I could clearly feel that something massive had happened. Because the usually steady and calm Alpha Kael was so panicked that the blade dropped from his hand with a clang. Immediately after, harsh light flooded in from the entrance. It seemed the heavy stone doors had been thrown wide open. Accompanied by chaotic voices. It sounded like many pack warriors had rushed into the sacred altar room. I heard countless messy footsteps, hurried and heavy, rushing toward me. Then came the incredibly noisy shouting. There were men and women, voices filled with anxiety and fear.

On monitors. _No cages. No monsters. Just us._ *Crack.*

The ley lines beneath the university pulsed in recognition. Kael shifted back to human form, chest heaving, wounds already healing. Naked, bloodied, magnificent. “You two… still sane?” Damien gave a sharp nod, fangs retracted. “For now.” Serena raised her hands, sending a wave of protective violet energy that pushed back a wave of approaching infected. “We can’t stay here. They’re multiplying too fast.” A fresh horde poured from the freshman dorms — dozens of students, some still wearing pajamas, now snarling monsters. Among them, Kael spotted his little cousin, a bright-eyed freshman who had looked up to him like a hero.

He takes quick breaths, clenching and unclenching his fists before storming out. Two weeks later, I have successfully avoided meeting him. Besides the living conditions, Fallow is amazing. Just walking in these passages, seeing the golden boards of the highest achievers dating back to the year it first opened is overwhelming. My name will be mounted there one day. It’s a promise to myself. Humans and wolves study here, in harmony apparently. I don’t know how but apparently humans have no idea we actually exist. I don’t know how they explain the pack house residences that are almost deep in the woods while they stay on the separate side of the university.
