Moon Slayer Chapter 1 Novels & Stories

SPECIAL CHAPTER ONE: A VICTIM OF JEALOUSY — WARNING: The following contents may include; violence, sexual assault, death, etc. Reader discretion is advised. That certain night was very dark and gloomy. The heavy and thick dark clouds hang lowly in the sky, and the once beautiful moon was nowhere in sight. In a particular secluded place where a thick forest surrounds it like a massive fortress, an eerie and bone-numbing event will happen for a whole one month.

Above the chaos, the Arch-Hunter hovered in the dark air, a towering void of swirling obsidian smoke and jagged armor. "The moon belongs to the First Alpha’s blood tonight!" the Arch-Hunter’s voice boomed, sending shockwaves through the marble dais. "Surrender the seal, Girl of Silver, and I will grant your pack a swift death!" Selene didn't blink. She stepped to the edge of the platform, the blood-red moonlight reflecting in her eyes. Beside her, Kael raised his broadsword, the blade instantly igniting with a brilliant, golden aura.

Haydee My blood hit the floor of the first Moonborn city, and the city woke up. I went down to one knee with Rhea's blade in my side, and where the blood ran between my fingers and struck the ancient stone, the stone answered. Silver light raced out from the drops of me in lines and spirals across the whole chamber floor, into the walls, up the dead towers, and the old moon-magic that had slept a thousand years opened its eyes, because the true blood of the Moongale line had finally come home and bled on the ground it was made from.

Healing is strongest during a full moon. Evans widened his eyes. He recalled that the moon was full last night. Edward and his group must have recovered but why did they not come to school? They must be afraid of the mysterious girl, he had not seen her since he had arrived. "What are you searching for? Can I see?" She questioned from beside him. Evans quickly shifted away from her and then deleted the search. He locked the phone then handed it back to her. "Thank you." Soon, the lecturer closed his notes as time ran out then left. The students started packing their things. Evans remained seated for a while but Jasmine came to his front, her eyes gleaming with anticipation.

He placed his hand on the door. It opened without resistance. Inside was a circular chamber filled with suspended pages—hundreds of them, floating like dead leaves in invisible wind. At the center stood a stone pedestal holding a single book bound in dark metal. The man approached it slowly. “You finally woke her,” he said. The book did not answer. It didn’t need to. He opened it. The pages turned on their own, stopping at a page that was no longer blank. Words burned into existence as he watched: The Moon Heir has awakened.

But the shadowed entity’s words haunted her: the trials ahead would test everything she had learned, and demand sacrifices none of them could yet imagine. Chapter 3 Cliffhanger As the team moved through the molten bridge toward the calmer edges of the rift, a sudden tremor shook the mountains. From the shadows of the rift, a low, guttural roar echoed—larger, deeper, and more terrifying than the molten entity they had just faced. “It’s not over,” Luna whispered, feeling the pulse of the Veil intensify. “The Moonfire Rising has only begun…” Above, the twenty moons glimmered, their light reflecting on molten gold and shadow. The journey ahead would test every bond, every strength, and every sec

“You cannot escape fate…” Selene clasped her hands over her ears, attempting to silence them, but the whispers felt as if they were resonating within her mind. Her heartbeat quickened as she lurched forward, stumbling over a root. She hit the ground forcefully, choking for breath. The pendant slipped from her grasp and rolled forward, its glow fading. “Please,” she whispered, crawling towards it. “Don’t abandon me.” Then — silence. The mist cleared, revealing a figure clothed in moonlight. Tall and otherworldly, with eyes resembling molten silver.

Solana said warmly, “As your blood feeds the flames, it will coax the magic from my sister’s body and into my own. I will become the Goddess of the Sun and the Moon.” I squeezed Orion’s hand, vomit rising in my throat as Solana dragged the blade across the defenseless man’s throat, spilling his blood into the fiery basin. The beams of moonlight hitting the floor brightened, turning into that of liquid silver. In a flash of star-speckled darkness, Lunette appeared.

Chapter 10: A New Alliance The early morning mist hung low over the Moonshadow Pack’s territory, casting an almost mystical aura over the landscape. As the first rays of the sun pierced through the treetops, Rayka and Sylvester prepared for what could be a pivotal moment in their struggle against their enemies.

"Harnesses the light of the moon. It captures moonlight, and releases it when the user needs it." So saying, the rock lit up. It was just like a miniature moon. Mabel walked forward to the glass case and almost the moment the light touched them, my father and mother's eyes blazed red and they howled in pain. The sound of chains rattling made me realize they were bound. They strained against the chain, shrinking from the moonlight. As I watched in horror, tears came into my eyes. A lump formed in my throat as I watched Mabel move closer with the moon rock and my parents flatten themselves against the walls of the chamber.
