"But that is the purpose of it. Books are designed to give you a wide sense of imagination. They were created so all of us can see beyond the physical world. I am not a good reader but I still can't stop myself from reading a lot of books about keeping calmness in my heart. If you ask me why I read those kinds of books, I will give you a lot of answers you would be pleased to hear." "I wish that was easy to actually do. I am more of a fan of historical books. I like reading about the dark ages and how medieval men lived their lives when the Catholic Church was killing millions of innocent people in the name of God." "So, you do read a lot?" The woman cut me quickly. "I didn't say I read a lo

People just exaggerate about the existence of these creatures until now, which would be just ridiculous if I were to be asked. I scanned through more books. Though I'm not an avid reader, seeing all these books in front of me, I couldn't help but want to read them all. They all seemed to hold some kind of history that I just feel interested in. This is a first for me, though because I prefer reading about celebrities rather than reading about some fairy tales and history which are not proven to be true. I was so immersed, going through the books, that I did not notice when someone stood behind me.

Adrian explained flawlessly. “I see. There’re so many books…” I said admiringly. “I like reading although most of the books here are medical texts and business-related books. So, probably not that interesting for most people…” Adrian explained. “I think business is very interesting. I don’t know about the medical text, though,” I replied with a small laugh.

I look forward to being a well known writer like, Chimamanda Ngozie Adichie, the late legend; Chinua Achebe, Nnedi Okorafor, Wole Soyinka, Colleen Hoover, Ted dekker, Sidney sheldon, Dean Koontz and so many others. I don't think I have ever seen anyone who reads wild like I do. My love for books is out of this world, I just purely love good books, like really really good books with awesome plots. While I am waiting, I pick up the book by his bedside and read the title, ‘Six of Crows’, I turn it around to read the blurb, it was about six thieves trying to pull off an impossible heist to save their country. The book seemed like a very interesting read, maybe after Blake was done with the book, I could read after him. In the meantime, I bring out my phone and I open the app I have for books. Not that I give a fuck anyways. I decided to pick up a book just to kill some time before I go ahead and sleep. I've been getting really interested in reading stories, it used to be my favorite hobby while I was a child but then I ran out of time to actually read my favorite books. So I decided to give a break and concentrate on other things. I was a very very big fan of mystery and detective novels than romance and action. "If I started reading now, then I can finish this entire book by evening. The stories looked really interesting." I thought while flipping the pages.

My homeworks is easy so I would have time to read this again.

"What's your favorite book?” I thought for a moment. "Hmm, that's a tough one," I said with a low tone. "I'd have to say...'Pride and Prejudice. It's a classic, I know, but there's something about Elizabeth Bennet, her intelligence, her...growth throughout the story. It's inspiring, in a way. It reminds me to...never judge too quickly, to always look for the good in people." Noah smiled. " Interesting. I've read it, of course," he said. "It's a...solid choice.

"You’re not done. Now sort the books by how interesting the titles sound." I spun around. "You’re kidding, right?" He gave a smug grin. "Call it a test of your intellectual instincts." Rolling my eyes so hard it nearly caused whiplash, I started pulling books off the shelf and organized them into very important categories: "Billionaire Brainwashing" (titles like How to Win at Negotiations, Stock Market Secrets—snoozefest.) "Mildly Interesting" (like The Psychology of Power—kind of creepy, but curious.)
