If it can work on you, surely it can help other people, too.” I explained further and then looked at him with a faint smile.

“Don’t lose that spark.” Marcus stepped forward. “When numbers come in, they will show that trust fuels performance.” I took a steady breath, absorbing the circle of trust around me. “Yes. Capsule Eight will be our manifesto. Not just of design. Of integrity.” Julian looked at me and spoke softly. “You carry this story with courage. But you don’t carry it alone.” Emotion surged in me. I swallowed hard. “I don’t want anyone to follow out of duty. I want them with conviction.”
