Malcolm walked away from the damaged vehicle slowly before stopping near another black car parked nearby. “You know why weak people irritate me?” he asked without looking back at Daniel. “Because life does not pause simply because somebody is suffering somewhere.” Daniel listened quietly. “My wife is missing,” Malcolm continued coldly. “The media must not get hold of what is happening." His grip tightened slightly around the glass. “Yet I still wake up every morning handling everything because weakness solves absolutely nothing.”

The girl changes her attitude, turns to Mia, and says: “If you want to go ahead, this is a good opportunity for me anyway. You understand that right, Mia?" Mia is surprised by Luna's strange attitude, involuntarily taking a step back, she forces a smile, bows to both of them, and is about to leave. She replied with her head down. The story book was in her hands and her eyes were staring at the book. Her tears fall down on the book.

Then, he sneered and said, "Hmph, those old men are truly sly foxes. They had it all planned out, didn't they? They know I'm in Drunham City, so they gave me something to do, making me take care of the troops in the city that's tens of thousands strong." Malcolm felt relieved after he saw Liam laugh. He glanced at the document on the coffee table and tested the waters cautiously by asking, "Sir, then-" Of course, Liam could tell what Malcolm was thinking. He took a sip of the coffee and said calmly, "Alright. Since this is what those old men want, just do as they wish."

“I was busy thinking about failing and dying and cursing you in my grave.” He went back to laughing again. And instantly I became more disgusted than I already was. “Your thoughts are not what we need for this mission now. Come on, free yourself from such imagination.” He hung his hand around my neck and we began to leave the tent. Malcolm was the most cheerful fellow you would ever know. There was never a red flag on him. He was perfectly fine in the eye but not in the mind. He killed on the spot, laughed at olives, and killed children. If not for the fact that we had known for a while, when we were still close friends, that black magic damaged a wolf, he would have resorted to that too.

Noah frowned, reluctantly standing up on his feet. “I'll see you guys out.” Mom offered, leading them out of the room. Just after they left, I turned to face Malcolm. I've actually been looking for a moment with just the both of us together, I had something to ask him.
