Con Artist

Con Artist

I said and Joshua rolled his eyes. “That’s exactly what it is, have fun Xania,” he whispered in my ear and I smiled knowing what he meant. ‘What you have done to me is going to be done to you’ “Bye Joshua,” I sang and closed the door. I went back to my spot in front of the class and clasped my hands together. “Alright, who wants to play music for us today?” I asked and Heather connected to the speaker. “Today we’ll be talking about monotones and contrasts,” I said and taught the class all the notes I had prepared per Joshua’s instruction. We even did a few exercises just so that they could understand the content they were learning.

The Ominous: Some play it safe, heroes don't

The Ominous: Some play it safe, heroes don't

She gathered her strength and threw a huge amount of light onto it. In the middle of The Muses Emporium, the Music Demon appeared from the middle of an ethereal portal and took to the round raised podium. He was surrounded by a pale blue aura that reflected his calm and composed disposition. Being able to take on many appearances, today he presented himself to the audience in the form of a young, appropriately attired, charismatic performer – well suited to be a member of a boyband. His outfit was adorned with moon dust and his shoulder length locks swayed wildly in all directions as he moved his head.

His Mute Mate

His Mute Mate

ALPHA DAX: Dax inhaled that lovely peony scent. It was romantic, relaxing, and improved his mood. He knew it was that silly omega again. Dax knew Wendy was a mute. He couldn't have a mute for a mate. His wolf, Daniel, urged him to go and find her. "Let's claim our mate, Dax," Daniel growled at him, stepping forward to shift and find the omega. "No way! She is a mute. A mute cannot be my Luna." Dax rejected Daniel's offer. His wolf growled at him.

The lost Star

The lost Star

I frowned as only seven members I counted with me. "I'm the eighth, Treya," Thyro said once groaning at my side. I winced as the other members of the group laughed. "I'll be the composer," volunteers a thin and beautiful woman, Zoey. "I know, I promise," I sneezed. "I can play piano and ukelele. I'll just play the instrument." "I'll be the guitarist, then," Thyro whispered again. They were six. "Looks like you're getting better, ah! You thing!" pimping one of the members I later also learned the name of, Mika.

My Rival My lover

My Rival My lover

“Come on, Alex. Loosen up. How about a joke?” “No.” “What do you call a musician who can’t find their rhythm?” I stared at him, unimpressed. “A lost cause!” “Seriously?” Luke chuckled, leaning closer. “Oh, come on, you know that was funny.” Despite myself, I felt a reluctant smile tugging at my lips. His petty jokes weren’t spectacular, but they managed to chip away at the cloud of tension hanging over me. “Better,” Luke said after a while. “Still a little stiff, but at least you don’t sound like you’re strangling the guitar anymore.”

The grammar isn't great, so I almost gave up on this book, but I decided to stick with it, and I'm glad I did. There were so many twists that it wasn't what I expected at all. The plot moves quickly, and the characters will keep you on your toes. Definitely worth reading!

HIM

HIM

They chanted for the win as the swimmers fastily swam towards the other end to complete lap one. Giving a nod at Stacy and Flora, I signaled at the person who sat next to the music system. He immediately changed the previous song to a new one---Bumpy Ride by Mohombi. Leveling up the sound, I took the lead for the dance. Throwing my pom poms in the air, I leaped high in the air with my legs in a split as I clapped my hands for the crowd to get more extreme. Getting overwhelmed with the swimmers who were on their third lap, Stacy and Flora, along with the girls got in the rhythm with the sound.

Tonight we are young.

Tonight we are young.

Melissa smiled, with her legs wide open, she rub her index finger on her clit, rolling as the pole would lead her. "The hell with your money". Was the last word heard in the room as the music began to play.

The Bodyguard’s Siren

The Bodyguard’s Siren

I’m looking for signs of rejection the way my body has learned to do automatically. Miles is nodding. Serena has her eyes closed. Ty’s tapping his pen against the desk in time. When I finish, the silence is brief and… not terrifying. “That chorus is sticky,” Serena says. “In a good way.” Ty leans into the mic. “It’s got movement. I can hear it with a little percussion. Not heavy. Like… heartbeat drums.” Miles adds, “But don’t overproduce it. It’s still you.” I nod, feeling a tiny bloom of relief. “Okay.”

Help Me

Help Me

Liza sits on a chair at the counter, piping icing onto a cookie and dancing. Neither one notice Gabe and he stays quiet, to keep it that way a bit longer. “What I've got's full stock of thoughts and dreams that scatter.. then you pull them all together,, and how, I can't explain.. oh yeah.. well, well you.” Abby belts out. “ooh, ooh, ooh ooh oooh” Liza add. “You make my dreams come true.” They sing together at the top of their lungs. Abby spin away from the stove, swaying her hips to the silent melody of the song. “Well, well, well, you.. oh yeah.. you make my dreams come true!”
