"Let us hope, Mr. Sullivan is not one of those direct ancestors or knows how to keep the sun from rising." Bergins turns back to the board. "So all of this we've completed for werewolves, you need to be able to do the same for each of these supernatural species for the test next week."

Soulless Seas

Asteria laughs, holding her belly. “Sharks and other predators. Gods above, the sirens are an apex predator. In both the water and on land. Animals on land and in the sea know this. The sirens create balance. We only hunt what we need. The sirens don’t need to use nets to catch the fish. In fact, we don’t need to use spears.” She tells him as he eats at her desk and she tucks into her food too. “Explain.” I say and they both look up and she smiles at me, putting her food back down.

The Heartless Hybrid Queen

The Heartless Hybrid Queen

I pull out the chair next to Bryce for Aurora to sit in, opting to seat myself between her and the large man on Adelaide’s left. He turns to me once I’m seated, clapping me on the back and grinning enthusiastically. “King Samael! It's been far too long, my boy!” Boy? I resist scowling at him and force a smile on my face. His deep voice rumbles throughout the room, gaining the attention of all the women at the table, Aurora included. Fucking Sirens. They like to call themselves Mer-people, but that is simply an attempt to humanize themselves in the minds of the humans, who have a very long and violent history with Sirens.

The Grace of a Thousand Stars

"They say there's a girl somewhere deep within this world, she's the vessel of mother nature, communicating to us through nature. And with the ages that pass, with Humans growing ruthless with their technology, she's suffering more and more, and therefore, growing angry." Humans, their villains in every story. I rolled my eyes. "Do you believe she's real?" "Yes." She didn't hesitate in answering, and her confidence only made me believe her words too. "Okay, next question. What are Sirens? Like, the ugly version of mermaids or something?" I asked, and she scoffed out a laugh to which it was my turn to jokingly glare at her.

The Nine-tailed Wolf

The Nine-tailed Wolf

Chapter 12: Werewolves vs Sirens At the sight of the woman dragging the lifeless Jonathan into the water, my senses returned, drowning the artificial voices that had whispered in my head. “Jonathan! I screamed at the top of my voice. Hayley and Eric turned to me, confusion written on their faces. Eric drew out his spear and threw it, striking the siren on the arm. With a roar, she lunged at him. But before she could get any closer, Hayley shot at her, her arrow piercing the siren’s heart. With a loud cry, the siren fell into the sea, the water around her, turning crimson. Suddenly, more sirens began to rise from the water, their predatory gazes locked on us. Some jumped on the boat, their ta

I Am The Luna Queen

“I hate that this is happening between us, but we don’t have the luxury of time. Now that your siren side is beginning to awaken, I swear they will come for you. And I can’t protect you if you keep making things difficult.” She stopped struggling. Her body went still against mine. For a long moment we just stood there—her back to my chest, my arms around her waist, our breathing the only sound in the room. Finally she spoke, voice small but steady. “I thought sirens were supposed to have tails. How will they leave the sea and come here?” I kept my arms around her, not ready to let go. “I’ve studied about them,” I said quietly. “They can take on legs and the form of a person. They can even co

Jeremiah would be so disappointed that I had almost forgotten him. “No sad looks, angel. We’ll all figure this out. I think the only issue we really have is any possessiveness Ford has. He’s a werewolf, after all. They don’t like sharing, but as demons, you, me, and Moran all have a different view on being together.” Madison said. “Are sirens possessive? I feel like that sometimes, too.” I blushed. “Some can be. I expect that queens are a little more than standard sirens. Even some demons can be possessive.”

Sisters: A Tale of Good & Evil

“That could work.” Margaret smiled and nodded at her pregnant protégé. “Let’s make a plan.” “It just so happens that the good doctor here is also Louella’s doctor,” Freya said with a smirk. When Davina sucked in air and backed toward the wall of the room, she said, “It is not by choice. Your sister has been forcing her to do it because she knows of no other supernatural physician.” “I have a large patient load of supernaturals,” the doctor explained, “but none of them are as evil as that woman. She is the devil incarnate for sure.”

She asked the student to take the other students back to their respective huts and also ordered the more senior students to put up a defensive barrier for the other huts. After the eldest student carried out her orders, it wasn't long before the line of creatures began to be seen from a distance out of the water. Some strange figures appeared from under the water, the rest were still standing guard in the water. The creature that was originally very scary in shape is now suddenly the most charming creature in the entire universe. These creatures are sirens from the sea which are very famous for their mystical aura. “Don't be fooled by their pretty faces. They could be after you to get your l

Hi, for all the readers! For the last few chapters, I have to upload the chapters in Indonesian first (my first script is Indonesian). It's my fault for not preparing it ahead of time. Unfortunately today I have an urgent need, and have to catch up with daily update. I promise I'll edit it tomorrow.

Siren in the Wind - book one of the MIT2 series

“Men are drawn to your calm; you’re the eye of the hurricane. Even my team has fallen at your feet, wanting to slay your dragons and to protect you.” He had the analogy all wrong. She wasn’t the eye of the tempest. She was the storm, wiping out everything in her path, destroying the lives of those she loved. Abby stirred. “You’re comparing me to a monstrous sea nymph—a siren with a flayed soul that sits on a heap of decaying bones and lures any mortal who sails by with a bewitching song. You may be right.” “Baby, no—”
