It was a small silver nail that shot toward Adrian's face with an astonishing speed. However, Adrian was no ordinary person. He squinted his eyes, and surges of energy gathered around him. The silver nail collided with an invisible wall and rebounded straight back at the assailant.

I heard him crashing through the trees behind us, faster and relentless. “No, no, no—” I pushed harder. Then the trees stopped suddenly as s cliff came into view. A stupid, gigantic cliff. I looked down and Death stared back at me. Knox faced the forest. “We’ve done it your way,” he said, “Now we do it my way.” Azren finally came to view smirking, lifting his gun. My eyes locked on the bullet loaded inside. Soul tainted Silver. That's not a normal silver bullet. The kind she read in books that acts like super-powered silver, causing more pain and damage than the regular kind. The kind that resist the healing ability of wolves.

“GET ALL THE SILVER AND WOLFSBANE WE HAVE—ARSENIC, ANYTHING—AND TAKE HER DOWN!” I ripped through them one by one, taking them down at lightning speed. Adrenaline coursed through my veins as I moved. Their numbers had dwindled, and now a fearful expression replaced the gleeful ones they had worn moments ago. A resounding growl emanated from my throat, loud and clear, as I began to move once more. My energy didn’t seem to diminish in the least as I continued my onslaught. They had finally armed themselves with weapons made of silver and wolfsbane. This didn’t register to me as I raged on.

The golden light suddenly appeared without warning. Before the banshee could react, the golden light suddenly turned into a huge palm, leaving a trail in the air, tearing the void and grabbing her. Sizzle! When the golden flame touched the banshee's body, it immediately made a sound of boiling oil. "Ah!" The banshee let out a wail, and black smoke suddenly gushed out from her whole body. A burning smell immediately spread around. What made the banshee even more desperate was that, at this moment, a lightning bolt in the distance condensed into a long spear, constantly piercing through the space, with a great destructive aura. My parents finally snapped out of it. One fainted from the shock, and the other frantically yelled for the medics.

They weren’t covered with contacts anymore instead they glowed red and gold. “I’m getting hungry,” she explained. “Come on let’s check this out before I go berserk on you.” She turned and started walking away. The crazy thing was that, if the person were from spring pack, I would have been able to mind link them and found their identity a few hours ago. Silver bombs were so rare and so dangerous because it contained raw, crystallized wolfsbane that would pierce straight into the skin and eat you from the inside out. It would take a miracle and weeks or even months for the most powerful werewolves to recover. Not even Kane was strong enough to simply bounce back from this.

Here I was, sitting in the same seat as before and waiting for Liam to get on the jet.
