He chuckled and pick it, walk towards me, and pulled my legs at the edge of the bed before carrying me bridal style. "What the–Uno put me down! I need to take a bath!" "We'll take a bath after we eat, baby..." he chuckled and kicked the door open before going downstairs. He made me sit on top of the table and turned around to reach for a brown apron. He wears it on his body before reaching for another and put it on me. "Why am I wearing this?" I darted my eyes at the apron as he tied it behind me. "I'm not gonna cook, Uno."

Our little cottage smells positively divine, better than it’s ever smelled since we moved in and that’s saying something. “Whatcha mixin’?” I chirp. “I’m making blondies for dessert,” he says proudly, mixing away at the batter while wearing the apron I bought him. He looks so cute. It’s just a basic black apron, but it says ‘Mr Good Looking Is Cooking’ on the front. He wears it every time he cooks now, and it always makes me smile. But I always smile around Landry.

And together, we went upstairs to the second living room and into the smaller kitchen that was spotless, probably because it was cleaned daily even if no one used it. Smiling, I set out bowls, spoons, and ingredients then moved to where four aprons were hung on the wall. I picked two up, wore one and put the second on Pearl, but it swallowed her whole. ‘Right.’ I sighed internally. This was another thing I needed to buy if they let me go out someday to get new clothes too. Because I'd packed so little, thinking I’d convince the Kings quickly and leave in days, not stay indefinitely. Shaking it out she unveils a full length pink apron with lace frills around the edges. "You and Bennett can wear these to keep your clothes clean." "I'm not wearing that." She's out of her mind. "Oh come on." Tabitha leans over the counter pulling my shirt collar until I'm close enough and whispers. "If you wear this now, I'll wear only this later."

There was no time to enjoy the warmth of the water, as I quickly scrubbed my body clean, rushed out and got dressed as fast as I could. Today I chose a pink summer gown, with my hair packed up to a ponytail and held with a pink scrunchie. I added a few hair clips and applied some lipgloss because why not. I didn't forget the plain black apron that was a necessity in the kitchen, I detested the gaudy color. When I opened the door, Sylvia was waiting right outside, nibbling on a cookie. “Want some?” She directly shoved a few cookies at me, leaving me no choice but to take them.

Nodding, I made my way outside onto the patio. Andy was wearing a ‘Kiss the Cook’ apron, and I looked at him with confusion and curiosity. “And why on earth would you wear that?” I asked as I leaned against the table. “Hey.” Andy looked at his apron and smiled, “Why not? My soon-to-be wife loves it.” He laughed, and he prepared the grill. “Besides, have to live a normal life somewhere.”

To open the lock I need his fingerprint. "Here," he said while placing the bag on the kitchen counter. I took it and opened it to see what clothes were inside. My eyes widened when I lifted the cloth he brought for me. It was a maid uniform but not a decent maid but a cosplay type of short uniform. "Don't you like it? You don't even have to wear an apron on it because it already has it" he said with an evil smirk. The apron he was referring to was a small apron stitched on it. I balled my hands on that stupid maid uniform and looked at him with a murderous glare.
