Chapter – Dear Diary Ciara’s POV Dear Diary – Sorry I haven’t written in a while. My therapist and Owen had to remind me that writing will help my PTSD and help me cope with the memories of my time with the Dark Alpha. It’s been a crazy few months of learning to accept what I can’t change and to not blame myself for the past.
