I stood at the bar, holding my drink, lost in thought. It had been years since high school, but the memories still haunted me. I had been a bully, a fucking asshole, and I knew it. I had made plenty of people's lives miserable, but one person's face always stood out in my mind.. Ava Brooks. She had been a quiet, shy girl, always keeping to herself and staying away from trouble, but that made me want to put her on edge. I had taken pleasure in making her life hell, pushing her into lockers, making her trip in the hallway, the usual high school bullshit. I had been a fucking dick, and I knew it.

My Highschool Bully CHAPTER ONE The moment I walked into the ballroom, I knew I shouldn’t have come. The music was loud, the laughter fake, and the air too thick with nostalgia I didn’t want. I just wanted to smile politely, drink free champagne, and leave. But then I saw him. Ethan Carter. My high school bully. My nightmare. My tormentor. The boy who made my teenage years hell. And now? He was a man. A devastatingly gorgeous one.

Until I saw a familiar pair of eyes and the spark in my eyes hid behind my soul. His laugh was loud, the same laughter that rang out each time he and his athletic friends would douse my head in toilet water. Each time they wrote, 'fag' on the locker doors. I froze. Gigi turned towards me, she hadn't seen him yet. "Z?" She asked, "is everything okay?" I didn’t answer. Because there he was. Staring back at me, recognition and amusement flaring in his eyes. It was Ryder Summers, the bully in my high school. In the flesh. Leaner, maybe taller, definitely still just as cocky.

I know he won't. My highschool life was a mess because I was bullied often,like almost every single day ,and if you report them for bullying you just dug a hole for yourself. To them I was just an ugly freak. You know highschool is that time in life that matters the most,because it's like the bridge that connects us to the adult world and if that bridge is scattered or broken you won't survive that long,while I don't believe that I know I will get past this. I went to class as if nothing had happened.

She seemed offended, and quite frankly, I wished to be removed from whatever this situation was and not to be stuck between smirking Taylor and Vanessa, whose whole existence seems to be rooted in denial. "Oh, I thought you wanted me to," I say, and she humped her body, shaking violently as she walked to me. I looked at her and had flashbacks to high school. She fit perfectly into the role of a high school bully, and I did not like it. Even though I was a nerd all through high school, I had never gotten bullied because I always knew how to stand up for myself from the get-go, and the bullies knew when to draw the line, but Vanessa here seemed like a person who would bully to the end and for

Now, I had to find the culprit who messed up my life the night I left Molly and it was this bully she just talked about. The heck of him thinking she would be his maid. I would make sure he kisses her feet like I did to Wesley and his family. "So, this bully in high school. Do you know his name?"

I never knew he was this disgusting. “You guys are disgusting,” I said, lifting my chin. “I’m not scared of you, you know. You’re just a bunch of socially-stunted shitheads. That’s probably the only way you can get it, isn’t it? Bullying girls into giving it up? No wonder your sorry ass got dumped.” Shit. Justin’s demeanor shifted on a dime, all traces of joking washed away. “What did you just say to me?” I shrugged, shifting my glare to Derek.

Had he always been the troublesome type? Back in high school, everyone knew he was a biker god. He belonged to a team and often atimes, he was warned against his reckless races by the school authorities. Honestly, I didn’t know much because I was that unattractive booksmart nerd with big glasses that no one cared about and I was never confident enough to get close to the cool students. I had experienced my own fair share of high school bullies until Carol stood up for me one time. That was how we became best of friends. It started with me helping with her assignments and just like that, she fell for me. So did I.

I was the one who studied until 3 AM and still only managed A-minuses which in our house was the same as a D. The pressure wasn't just from the schoolwork though. That was the least of it. It was the unfair bullying. It started online as a joke by my loser ex-boyfriend and his jerk friends. They capitalized on things like my anxiety, my tendency to stutter when nervous and my insecurity over my plain face. They made memes out of my school ID picture. They started a hashtag that trended through the whole region for a full week. They called me "The Ghost of the Library."

This song is a technical motivation to block out so many toxic people in my life right now. like Vicky.. Vicky was my friend at my early days in school but she walked out of my life last year when Hunter had asked her to be his girlfriend. Yeah, she left me. I really don't blame her though. Who would choose a bullied little sixteen year old over a hot rich jock that looked undeniably hot and sexy. no one would. not even my parents That made me wonder sometimes, if Megan had met Hunter would she still be a friend to me?
