The Mafia Boss`s Addiction

The Mafia Boss`s Addiction

'Home, sweet home,' Veronica thought, as she stood outside her apartment door about to push her key into the lock. She had to conceal a smile. It felt incredible coming back to her own place. A piece of sanctuary that no one could kick her out of. Her own little slice of heaven, no matter how small or old it was.

She wanted to give it to her friends upon their homecoming. "Okay, Uwyn. No need to rush. We have all day. I'm sorry for the trouble, grandfather." Maru said as they moved to enter the gates of the wretched abode. On top of the crumbling edifice were the words, "Scavenger's Haven."

The starting was serious. The child mature too fast, which is sad, but hopefully 'bullies' let them be and not add to their condition. looks promising, especially the curiosity of how the kids are going to pull through. nice ?

I very much eager to read the stories but a little bit upset because of the purchase done inorder to cintinously read the whole story. How I wish we could also read the whole story without paying an cents.

The book has potential but needs major editing. I, myself is not so good in English too but I still write. The trick is knowing how to use simple words and research a lot..good luck with your work😇😇😇.

While the writing might need some editing, one cannot deny that the author is a gifted storyteller. She writes in a way that you can feel the main character, Tiara's anguish when she chooses her father over her mother and brother. Am definitely going to add this to my library.

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

I'm an Outsider in My Own Home

In my spare time, I signed up for a blog under a fake name and wrote random musings no one would ever read. Having all these was enough for me. … Graduation season arrived as scheduled. While everyone else had family to help them move out, I hauled my peeling suitcase and headed straight for the neighborhood slums. The little money I had was only enough for a dark, dank basement. The landlady, Isabella Donati, looked like a sharp-tongued old crone. To save 50 dollars on rent, I took over the snow shoveling and trash removal for the entire run-down apartment building.

LOCKED IN WITH THE BILLIONAIRE

LOCKED IN WITH THE BILLIONAIRE

A single light shone from a window, its warm glow casting a hazy halo against the dimly lit street. He opened the door for Abigail and offered her his hand, she accepted it and followed him into the house. "Do you live here?" Abigail couldn't help herself from asking, noticing the strange little cross that hung on the door. “No” It had an inscription that said - Jesus and somehow, she felt at peace. It was great to know that she was going into a christian home. John unlocked the door and ushered her to get into the house while switching on the light switch. The place got even brighter and Abigail admired the simple setting of the house.

Chapter 76 is Fire, updates please. Abigail is a very strong woman and I'm really glad that she isn't a weak character, at least when I read it, I got to know that. She is a mother and the fact that her stepsister and stepmother did that to her is just unimaginable and cruel Love the storyline xoxo

My Step-Girlfriend

My Step-Girlfriend

(*Aboniki is a local balm) My stomach begins to rumble. I have junks in my room like Milo, doughnuts and a bunch of other stuffs. I bought these with my money as my father won't support such expenditure. He calls them 'uncalled for'. However, I need to go downstairs and clean the mess I made there last night, as I know my asshole brother didn't lift a finger to clean that place last night. If my father should see it, he will not take it lightly as he absolutely distastes dirt and disorder.

He called me 'Mate'!

He called me 'Mate'!

Because of this, I never miss those moment when I will run on my toes and dance like ballerinas during windy weather. We made our way to our inexpensive one room bedroom apartment which was the last building at no. 23, Hilton's street. It wasn't the ideal place I would like to be living on but I had no option, like the saying that goes' When the desirable is not available, the available is made the desirable'. But I had no other options. It was an old abandoned house that have a few supply of food, it was very close to a monastery and luckily for me, they come across to see me and my baby with foodstuffs and others. Those moments when they will arrive are always the worst in my life, the mom

What It Means to be His

What It Means to be His

With Abaddon at my side, there was no doubt in my mind that this journey would be replete with love and support. Abaddon's voice reverberated throughout the halls as he detailed the intricate features of the house. As we continued our exploration of this remarkable abode, a sense of optimism and hope enveloped me. With Abaddon at my side and this extraordinary place as our refuge, I knew that any challenges that lay ahead would be met with strength and resilience.

HIS LITTLE PET

HIS LITTLE PET

CHAPTER 22 /NATHAN/ The morning sun streamed through the bare windows of my living room, lighting up the dust motes hovering over my cardboard boxes. The apartment looked completely different from how it did a month ago. The posters were rolled up, the kitchen counters were entirely wiped down, and everything I owned was taped up inside brown boxes. In two days, I was moving to Silicon Valley to start my position at SiporaTech.

Latte for Me, Mansion for Him

Latte for Me, Mansion for Him

A few years later, I found myself a gentle and pretty fiancée. For the first time, I finally set aside my research and allowed myself to truly live. One day, I stepped out to deliver wedding invitations to my neighbors. Suddenly, I noticed someone lurking in a cold, shadowy alley nearby. Their gaze flickered, hesitant and uncertain. Curious, I walked closer. What I found was a beggar, disheveled, kneeling on the ground, her legs clearly broken, her face smeared with dirt.
