My S-rank Party Fired Me For Being A Cursificer の小説・ストーリー

Candice's POV Fired? No. Fired?! My chest burned hotter than a thousand suns as I stared at Susan, trying to process the absurdity of her words. Fired by Alpha Zeus himself. I could feel my entire world shatter like fragile glass. This couldn’t be happening. “You’re joking,” I finally said, my voice trembling despite the false bravado I tried to wear like armor. “You think you can just fire me, just like that?” “Oh, it’s not me, sweetheart.” Susan’s saccharine tone grated on every last nerve I had. “Alpha Zeus himself made the decision. I’m merely the messenger delivering the news.”

it was all calculated. Still trying to keep my composure, I asked, "Sir, may I ask you a question?" He nodded casually. "Sure." "Why did you fire me?" His response came without hesitation. "Because I don’t like people who disappear without informing." Tears finally rolled down my cheeks. I wiped them quickly. "Sir, when did I disappear without informing?" He looked like he was about to say something more, but then paused. His lips curved into a cruel smirk. "You were absent for a few days, but you didn’t inform anyone."

I began saying, but I was once again cut off by Lucia. “I will take whatever punishment you give out. Leave him out of it.” She said through gritted teeth, her voice harsher this time, and I watched as the speaker let out a loud sigh. “Very well. Professor Darwin. You’re fired, effective immediately. Please go to your office and collect your items. I hope you understand.” “No!” I exclaimed, my eyes wide with shock and horror, but no one seemed to pay me any mind as their eyes were fixed on Lucia.

She had no idea , she didn't know the type of power he held. Shit. She just fucked up! “Yes, you heard me right I can fire you right away what is the meaning of all of this? I need to speak with Lucius right away. The type of people we employ here nowadays!” James scoffed. “Do you mean I can be fired by you?” Fey questioned again “You can be fired, or wait you are already fired!” he replied. “I am sorry, I didn’t expect you to take things this personally. We were just playing and you took it seriously,” she laughed lightly to clear the air. But it didn't work.

"Excuse me...did you say am fired just because I refused your absurd proposal." "Yes I can ....was there water in my mouth while i spoke." He floded his hands and looked at me in a glare. I swolled the huge lump on my throat then continued. "Why...why...why..would you fire me just because I refused to be your lover... Isn't that against some employees rule or something?" "Well...guess what ? I don't give a fuck . it either you become my lover or you find a job some place else. don't bother coming back to the office until you have made your decision. You have two days."

"I'm merely stating the facts. We all put in our best effort, and Caspian's work reflects that." For a moment, there was a tense silence. Then, Luke's lips curled into a cruel smile, one that made me waver for a moment. "If you think you can do a better job, perhaps you should be in charge. But since you're so eager to defend him, you're fired." The words hit me like a punch to the gut. Fired? My mind reeled, but I forced myself to remain calm. "Sir?" I blurted out, the color draining from my face

“This... this can’t be happening.” Gary’s jaw tightened, his anger now mixed with confusion. How was this all possible? It didn’t make sense. But it was the truth and he couldn't change that. “Miss young, would you be so kind to lead me to the meeting room?” Julian asked, and then he turned to Gary, his tone icy and deliberate. “You’re fired, Gary.” He said without hesitation, and then a grin appeared on his face as he added, “Unless, of course, you'd prefer to still work here, as a janitor. I hear there's always a need for someone to clean up after... your kind.”

“You can’t behave like that.” "But—" "You're fired." he again cut me off and spoke. "What?" I stared at him, shocked. "You're firing me over this?" "You heard me. Get out. Now." I felt my stomach drop. “Sir, please, I’m sorry. Just give me another chance—” "GET. OUT," he shouted. I couldn’t believe it. Fired? Over some rude customer? I didn’t even argue. I just stormed back inside, grabbed my things, and walked out.

“We didn’t mention it to anyone before flying from Stratta to the US.” She shrugged. “I have my ways.” The anger exploded from him, and he couldn’t keep it in check. “You’re fired.” Her eyes widened, and she took a step back. “What in the world?” “I said you’re fired. Dismissed. You’ve been sacked. Pick any of the terms you want, but pack your things and get out of the castle. You’re no longer employed by the Casparian family.” She looked shocked for a moment, and then her composure returned. “I’m employed by the king, not you. I’m not fired, and there’s no way King Barret would allow you to dismiss me. He needs me too much.”

My heart sank at how well she is coping, the words left her lips like a true professional, without any emotion attached, "Umm okay, Francis I'll like you to type up a quick job vacancy memo, we need a receptionist" "Receptionist sir? What happened to Ms. Higgins?" She questioned with a smirk on her face. I shifted uncomfortably in my seat, this was awkward, "Umm, she was terminated, because she holds a personal grudge against an employee, and started a rumor that may put the employee's life in danger"
