No. Yes. It's complicated. You don’t want to know.” "Do we want to know why YOU were at her sister's bachelorette party?"

Luca walked quickly around to the passenger side of the car, opening the door for Clara Beth. "You know she doesn't listen to anyone. Even you." Lars shook his handsome blonde head. "And she refuses to believe you've found your mate." Dani raised her eyebrows at this, feeling her wolf immediately on edge, stirring within her chest. "She keeps saying we're putting her on." "Dani," He turned towards her, bring his hand up to her cheek. "You are my mate. You are the person I am going to spend the rest of my life with. No one can change that."

he said nodding at me. "Lets get this done with." I said walking past him when he stopped me. "You will find your mate. Don't worry." he said encouraging me. "I better or else we are doomed. "Oh Holy Goddess" I cried covering my eyes mainly against the vision of Danny's naked behind. I turned quickly and collided with the door frame banging my arm and shoulder as I scrambled from the room. I paused half way down the corridor composing myself and rubbing my shoulder knowing my bruises would heal fast when Sasha's head peeped around the door. "What the heck Sasha? Have you lost your mind?" I hissed at her in awe. "We mated." She smirked. "Turns out Danny's my mate" she beamed. My shock and anger disappeared as I took in the absol

Brenda rushed over and gave Danny a huge hug. “I was so worried for you. Here, I made you breakfast. Dingo said that you liked waffles.” She said in her motherly voice. Danny was just staring at Marcus. But then seemed to pull herself together. “I love waffles, they are my favorite.” She said as Brenda walked back to get the syrup warm for her. I stepped forward protectively, “Danny this is Marcus, he is the lead Alpha of the Counsel of Alphas. Marcus, this is Danny, my Mate.” I said clearly.

He was a very busy man. "So it seems your mate is a little fighter." Danny said, turning to Anthony. "I can't be her mate." he stammered as I nodded, and Danny did too. "I know." Danny said softly. " I couldn't be Dottie's mate, remember?" he said as Anthony looked at his friend. "and I couldn't be Andy's mate." I whispered as realisation crossed his face. "But you are both mated." Anthony sighed. "Yes." Danny smiled. "You just need to be there for her, be her friend. Help her get well again. She may not want an old man like you as her mate." He added as Anthony paled.

Everyone stopped. “This s the first time, she hugged Mason,” Hailey whispered beside me. “Thank you,” she said, her voice trembling as she pulled back. “Thank you for not giving my son a death sentence.” Mason blinked, clearly caught off guard, but his voice was steady when he replied. “No need to thank me,” he said. “If it were the old me, I would’ve executed Daxton without hesitation.” Quinn stiffened slightly. “But I’m different now,” Mason continued, his gaze shifting briefly to me. “And that’s because of my fated mate.”

"Your mother worries about you getting a mate," he said and my eyes turned cold. " Davis," I called. "You really can't just give up on finding a mate or getting the pack a Luna because of what happened with...."
