It had a un-human grandness to it that frightened me. It was to perfect. It was evident that it had been dedicated to the god of power, strength and seduction. 'Enosos' A vague part of me felt like I had been here before. A shrill swirled around me and I turned in Daras grip to look for the source of it. But there was nothing around us.

Nina couldn’t shake her unease as she noticed something was wrong. Pharaoh gripped her hand tightly, his strength fading as he suddenly collapsed backward. “Dad! Daddy!” Nina screamed, her voice piercing the air. “Thud!” His body hit the sand, and Nina's cries quickly drew the others to the scene. By the time they arrived, Pharaoh, trembling, extended a hand weakly forward. “Wait… wait for me… don’t go so fast…” His voice trailed off, and before he could finish, he breathed his last in Nina’s arms.

"Prepare the horses." The three men bowed immediately. "As you command, My Pharaoh." As they hurried away, Kharef looked once more toward the temple rising above the city. ‘Hold on, Maritza. He puffs out his chest, a sense of entitlement floating off of him in waves. “I am the most important of the Ancient Gods of Egypt.” He says, crossing his winged arms over eachother. “I am Horus the Elder, God of the Sun and the Pharoahs of old.” Jamari looks at me blankly, unsure of how to react to the group of Gods that just entered the Temple. “Uh…Hi?” She tells him, her tone making it come out more like a question than a statement.

Valen whispered, his voice trembling slightly with fierce emotion. "We're alright, Valen," I murmured, kissing his jaw gently. "Look ahead." At the end of the canyon, the storm cleared for a brief second, revealing a giant, ancient temple made of pure white marble embedded directly into the side of a frozen mountain peak.
