Maybe I was imagining it, but the library suddenly felt at least ten degrees warmer. I focused my attention back on the books in front of me, now that Cole had added a few. I could feel his gaze still on me, but I tried to ignore it as best as possible. Then I turned a page and the book really did grab my entire attention. On the pages I found a record of all the packs of the werewolves, not just the Grandmoon Pack. I turned the page, hoping to find some record of the Western Pack. Sure enough, there was indeed a record of the western pack, but it was just a few sentences.

As we walked, the soft thud of our footsteps echoed through the solemn space. Jeremiah, a wise and weathered wolf with a graying muzzle, carried an ancient book in his hands. Its leather cover was worn, its pages yellowed with age. We reached a magnificent wooden table, carved with the same designs, and Jeremiah gently placed the book upon it. "Lyra," he began, his voice deep and resonant, "this book holds the secrets of our pack's legacy, and within its pages lies the tale of the Silver Werewolf." My curiosity piqued, I leaned in closer, my eyes fixed on the book. "Tell me, Jeremiah," I said, my voice filled with anticipation. "What is the story of the Silver Werewolf?"

His entire body froze. The first Shadow Wolf wasn't a hunter. It was merely a scout, and it moved because it thought it could easily kill Raven. And now... the entire Forbidden Forest knew of its presence. [Werewolf Evolution System Activation...] [49%...] Raven swallowed hard. Dozens of monsters began to emerge from the darkness. Meanwhile, his system wasn't even halfway activated. The red eyes of the Shadow Wolf pack were ready to crush every last one of his bones. Am I going to die?

But as our eyes met, a silent agreement passed between us - we had come too far to retreat now. Summoning all the courage we possessed, I took a step forward, prepared to face the consequences of uncovering the truth. "Tell us then," I challenged, my voice steadier than I felt. "Who are you, and what do you want from us?" The werewolf's gaze intensified, his eyes burning with a mix of knowledge and anticipation. "I am Aric, the Alpha of this pack. And you, my friends, hold the key to unlocking the secrets that bind our fates together."

Third comment: Werewolf. Duh. I scrolled faster. None of the answers felt right. “Roundy?” I whispered. A sleepy orb flickered into existence near the ceiling, dim and yawning. {Yeah? I’m trying to recharge after that pancake massacre.} “Are you hearing this too? There’s another system in me. Her name is Bree. This is scary. Also, what is your actual name anyway?” {Bree is your wolf, genius. I told you you’re a werewolf now.}

It was so big that I had to spend two whole days in it. With the library's search system, I found all the books about the Werewolves of Chaos by keyword and chronology. Once I had gathered them, I wasted no time delving into the information. But they all pretty much said the same thing as the excerpts from Alpha Austin's diary. Just when I thought I might not find anything, a recent book that seemed new caught my attention.

Audrey began to open pages of the big book and continued as she searched for any solution to this mystery but it seemed none was coming forth. "This is useless! There is no solution in this big book to this' ' Audrey exclaimed as she flipped each page back and forth. She was about to close it in frustration, when her eyes were drawn to something. It was a picture of two werewolves, a male and a female whose hands were bound together by a thread. Audrey snapped her fingers in the air and read out loud to the hearing of everyone.

AURORA The wolf who spoke stepped forward slowly. Moonlight filtered through the branches above, catching on the metal buckles of his armor and the dark fur of the wolves shifting beside him. There were more of them than I first thought. Shadows moved between the trees. Eight, maybe ten. There were too many to count. My stomach twisted as the first wolf smiled lazily, like he had already won. “Well,” he said again, looking between Draven and Darius, “this is interesting.”

He smiles and sits to lean against his desk, half standing up. “I will say the words that invite you to become a member, and when you have accepted, I will make a small cut in our palm, and we lock hands while the packlink and bond establish.” I nod my head showing I have understood, and he smiles again. He really does look so handsome when he smiles. “I, Liam Moon Black, King of the werewolves and Alpha of The Royal Moon Pack, Offer you Laura Perl, a place in the pack, As a member and family.”

All destruction he did on his twenty-second birthday had costs a million. He was glad that only him, his dad and Reagan was there. He was so embarrassed. He didn’t know that he transformed into the Ultima wolf that time since it was also full moon. But that was the reason why he was living on a condominium right now. His mom wrote her a letter and had his condominium as a gift. Now, in front of the waiter and the menu of drinks, he just ordered a juice and told them that he’s allergic to alcohol.
